Great location clean and comfortable. Good facilities. Tea and coffee in the room the bed was comfortable the shower was good hand soap and shower gel provided.
The fan extractor in the shower didn't work so the small bathroom got very steamy.
Great location, friendly welcoming staff, good clean accommodation and would stay again, good rates too.
All good
Check in was very easy, the young man who greeted me was very polite and pleasant. The room was mostly clear, some small mess on the carpet by the bathroom, but overall the room was clean and tidy.
It would have been helpful to have dedicated car parking, however there is a large car park within 5 minutes walk, and it is complimentary after 3pm and all day Sunday. 10:30am checkout on a Sunday is too early... 11:30am / 12noon wold have been helpful!!
Excellent location with clean rooms and facilities.Sofa in the room so need to sit on bed with laptop to work which is always a bonus.Good shower facilities
It wasn't a didn't like and the host does warn of the noise on certain nights, and this wasn't from the hotel it was just Barrow is a party town...who knew?Do not let that put you off, i do sleep with the window open all year round so my own decision.
- Great location - Convenient room - Good supplies - Spacious bathroom - Properly furnished- Convenient kitchen and living room area
- Small room - Incredibly loud throughout weekends, as the hotel hosts clubbing parties, the floor below, therefore no privacy in the kitchen during night time on weekends
The location and the fact that I wanted somewhere inexpensive and basic for a one night stay. It met these aims.
The room was a bit Spartan, but I was paying accommodation so I fully accepted that.
Central location. A little noisy because it is a pub but we knew this at the time of booking, everything was made clear upfront.
The shower in our room, 9, leaked to outside the shower tray. It didn't impact us at all but it's something that needs addressing from the hotels perspective.
Lovely modern room, with plenty of tea/coffee/milk. Bed was like sleeping on a cloud, towels were large and fluffy. Staff were friendly and accommodating as we asked for a slightly longer check out time. Wetherspoons across the road for a nice breakfast. Fantastic price for this venue.
No actual parking for the premises so parked in carpark at rear and was scared I might get a ticket, luckily I didn't.
Location was fine
Staff were unhelpful, rude and arrogant
The room was very clean, and the kitchen was equiped enough for us to cook simple meals. Very close to the train station, a nice park and groceries shop. Their pub is also cozy and comfy
Clean and tidy comfortable bed
Location and cleanliness.
Very noisy although was warned and it did quieten down later on.
The hotel felt very secure for a lone female traveller with entrance to the accommodation via a locked door away from the public area. The room was clean with tea/coffee facilities. The bed was comfy and the shower facilities on par.
There was nothing I didn't like
Location, good bar.
Awful bed, room was roasting and the noise from the street went on until 5 in the morning.
This is a good old fashion pub. Busy bar, live bands. Even though there was a function on, we were told about this first and the music was to end at 12am. And sure enough it did. A great two night sleep.
