The Little Haven Hotel On The Beach

Great location, good room, friendly staff and a good breakfast - perfect for a visit to the Women's rugby world cup to see our amazing red roses!!

The Location was good, Room was a good size, staff were very helpful

The TV in the room was tiny and not adequate for the size of the room, similar to a Laptop Screen, also the weather was very hot and no fans in the room

The breakfast was served but you could have what you wanted. Very well cooked.

We had an evening meal but was no so impressed.

A great hotel in a super location on the beach, with a nice restaurant and large comfy rooms. Great staff, very clean and easy to locate and park.

Hot water ran out a little early for my late night shower, but it was not that big of a deal.

No hairdryer and iron in room. Hotel needs refurbishment and more staff. Reception often unmanned.

I have stayed here many times now. I fell in love with this hotel. The staff are all so friendly and kind , the food is amazing on the restaurant. The location is simply stunning, right on the water . Parking is not an issue as has huge car park . Free of staying at the hotel. Always very clean and comfortable.

Nothing I didn’t like about the property at all. Ive never had a single issue that had ever effected my stay .

The staff were friendly enough, nice to see the room we stayed in had been refreshed, painted and clean smell when entering.

Steak night had run out of steak, it used to he an amazing night with entertainment etc, nothing. If we had been informed when booking the meal we would have gone elsewhere. Breakfast also used to be amazing but that was a let down, minimal portions, not worth the money. Bathroom needs updating, cracked floor tiles too. Comfy seats would be nice in the bedroom too.

Nothing. But people need to realise that check in is from 3 pm till 8 pm and not 24/7

Insistence on noisy entertainment on the evening. Luckly I was away from this to get a peaceful nights sleep ALTHOUGH pillows were dreadful. Also food in restaurant and the service was poor

On the first night we got no sleep. The mattress was very thin and uncomfortable. The shaving light in the bathroom was permanently on. But when we raised this in the morning we were immediately given a new room which was perfect.

Have been here a few times but this time the hotel didn’t seem as clean and as well looked after as previously

It was my mums 90th who was from South Shields. We got upgrades to the penthouse, which was lovely and we will definitely pick those rooms next time we visit. Great view. Thanks Emily other rooms are pretty basic but ok. Restaurant food was nice in the evening, basic for breakfast, but all good. Lovely place to stay for walking along the beach.
