Cons -
- Our room was two floors up with no elevator.

- The only thing that could have been better during our stay is that our dinner service was very slow, and the staff seemed very rushed. But the rest was great.

The food at dinner was terrible.
As this is a very touristy site in a fairly remote place, we were not expecting much. However, this was an excellent hotel and we ended up having a great night. Our room was spacious with a comfortable bed, and we slept well. The restaurant had good options for dinner and breakfast, and we enjoyed our meals there. The staff was friendly.

The newly renovated rooms and bathrooms were fantastic.
The restaurant and night staff were unpleasant. The food took over an hour, was not good and very expensive and overall the night staff just didn’t want to be there. We were not the only patrons who felt this. Land’s End is something to see but not sure if I would recommend the hotel stay as well.
Location, view, room, courtyard stores
Menu was confusing with banana blossom fish and chips? Not fish
The room was very spacious. For Land’s end you cannot have a better location.
We found the bed very uncomfortable. Breakfast was varied but scrambled eggs didn’t look appetizing.
Lovely rooms. Great location- particularly for walkers. Restaurant is good and breakfast was excellent. Staff very helpful and friendly.
The view was out of this world, a beautiful evening with fireworks, late night shopping, live music and a great atmosphere. Lovely and peaceful. The receptionist was very apologetic.
Originally paid for a large family room but got told upon arrival that it wasn't available. It was booked for myself, my wife and our severely disabled son who's 5. He's quite a handful and usually takes both of us to control his meltdowns/sensory overload so it was crucial that we were together and because of his routine. Unfortunately we were put in separate rooms which were down the corridor from each other. This resulted in our son getting extremely stressed out and me having to sleep on the floor of their room as it was just a double.
It is a good place to enjoy the sunset and hike, especially in the summer nights when there are fewer people.
It was amazing to stay right at Land’s End. Rooms were very spacious and clean, very nice bathrooms. The views from the rooms are amazing when the weather is clear to see it! Breakfast was delicious.
center itself is very touristy and everything closes fairly early leaving just the hotel for dinner. When we were there, there had recently been a fire in the kitchen so dinner options were few and it was expensive. We walked into Sennen for dinner at a pub. Dinner was great and the walk was pleasant with sidewalks most of the way
Great location to see lands end in allClimates. Clean rooms, comfortable beds and linens
Room was very small for 2 peopleBeds had double duvets which were very cumbersome. The kitchen had had an unfortunate incident meaning there was limited food on site. I wish we had been informed before so we could have adjusted our plans.
Great location, clean, great food, friendly staff.
Nothing everything was lovely.
Location was excellent views from the room was amazing.Hotel was rustic room & bathroom has been updated
Breakfast could have more variety. For the price paid food choices should have been upgraded.
The location was amazing and staff was accommodating.
Dinner was well below our expectations. To the point- the appetizers were great, but the main dishes were terrible. The curry was extremely oily/ greasy and I wasn’t expecting to disassemble a fish to then reassemble a taco. Also, the taco toppings had crispy bits which would have been great had I not been concerned that I had missed a fish bone.
Lovely room, dog bed and bowl for our dog lola nice touch.. Bathroom lovely.Staff attentive and very friendly. Meals and service excellent. Would definitely return.
We had a beautiful sea view. The room was lovely. Such a peaceful location and hotel. It had a most comfortable bed .
Such a shame that we drove so far to see the museum, and for the second time it was not open, just because a person was replacing a window. I did ask nicely if there was any way considering how far we had cone and even stayed just to see it this time. Answer was no, so 1 out of ten for how we felt. He could have easily let us in, chose not too.
Close half the resurrant for staff convince and then sit guest right next to each other.Cold shower in the morningWe drove so far to see the museum, and for the second time it was not open, just because a person was replacing a window. Very nice room, stunning location.
The food was extremely disappointing. Stunning location for the restaurant and we had to book a table. Window seats, overlooking the Atlantic… but then the menu came out … burgers, curry & quiche (sold out)
This hotel is located in a very nice spot, with very scenic views. The room was also very nice and comfortable. We loved the soap and other products in the bathroom.
The staff wasn’t clear about the fact that after 8pm there was no more food served, even at the bar. So we ended up having frozen food in the not tended to dining area. The floor of the dining area wasn’t clean and the tables still had food left over from the previous customers. The breakfast buffet was not refilled so we had to eat what was left. The staff were not as friendly and attentive as you expect in a location like this.
