The Staff were very helpful and extremely pleasant which made for a better stay than first expected, liked having Starbucks coffee on our doorstep for breakfast .

Cons -

I am disabled and an intermittent wheelchair user. When booking, I directly called the hotel to ensure there was ground floor availability and was assured they had a suitable room. On arrival I was allocated a first floor room,they were unable to change.
A second chair in the room would have been welcome.
The advert for this hotel was in Shifnal Station and a Market town with lovely restaurants ,was very surprised to see that it was actually in a service station which was a 10 minute taxi ride away from hotel.
