The room was clean. And had a kettle + tea and coffee. Central location and close to everything.

A bit expensive for what they offer (£150 double room 2 nights), an outdated room with a TV from the 2010 and a fan. A non working light, shower with intermittent hot or cold water depending on who was using it at the same time I guess. Not even a mini fridge in the room.

The view out the back window onto the beautiful green space was so pleasing and provided us with bird-watching time. Convenient overnight stop after spending a day in Ironbridge before heading to the Lake District.

Location

Paid for a breakfast in the evening, only for someone to tell me I needed to pay! I showed my receipt and was allowed to eat. When checking out I was told I owed for my breakfast and had to repeat the whole process. I was then informed that I was the only person that this had happened to. Maybe more staff training would help?

Large room , central location, pleasant gardens , nice pool; lovely staff.

The menu on the main courses could have been better. We had my son with us and there was nothing on the menu he would have it or us either.

Lovely staff, took my big dog away with me and stayed in one of the business rooms, the room was lovely and spacious and had everything needed, even biscuits to go with your coffee , lovely view of the garden and a lovely walk all the way round and plenty of grass to take the dog out for walks round to stretch her legs , staff where lovely , couldn’t fault it, would happily stay again

The friendly staff ,spotless clean,all required amenities plus a good breakfast.

Our stay began with the helpful & timely respond to an email request. On arrival we were greeted with happy friendly staff who quickly had us booked in for breakfast & dinner. Our room on the lower ground floor was massive, with a lovely view to the garden & included a lounge area to watch tv as well as a place to work. Would definitely recommend for both business & leisure travelers. Typical English breakfast and great dinner menu. The added bonus was the free onsite parking.

Very clean, great location, great view from window and perfect bed.

The heating was on when arrived which wasn’t clear that it was on so we didn’t know to turn it off and so then the hotel was hot over night which made it uncomfortable. We also went to the front desk as the sink wasn’t washing the water away and they said they would sort it but when we arrived back it was still doing the same thing. I think the sink holds the water after then goes over time which isn’t helpful.
