Mercure Telford Centre Hotel

I always stay here when visiting family. Superb location and the staff are very helpful. Dont forget the added bonus of the Spa. Thankyou to all.

Restaurant food in evening could have been better. Very bright lights on hotel shone through into room at night.

They have extended my free car park after checkout by 12 hours. They saved tonnes of money for me by doing so.

Rooms! From my room i had a access to my neighbor’s room!!! Not really safe if you ask me ;)

No way of contacting staff, no phone in the room. I went online and messaged the manager because the room was very cold, but no reply at all, and we slept in a cold room

Shower, breakfast

Coach party took up all check in time and we were ignored despite trying to check in on time.Breakfast very busy as coach party all descend together.

Staff were pleasant and very helpful

Was a nightmare trying to cool down the shower as thebthermostat was very stiff. Shower was half open so the floor was drenxhes after a shower. When i turned up atbthe hotel i was told i had to pay 10 pounds for parking after paying 132 pounds for the night which i found very cheeky as parking should be included if they own the parking lot. it was quality wise meerly a 2 or 3 star if any. The rooms were extremely basic for the price. The shower heads were very cheap and not easy to control so you don't spray water out of shower as its a half open shower. I cant say i was impressed as i was genuinely expecting a quality hotel fornthe price i paid

The fire doors getting slammed every time someone walked through them , woke us up in numerous occasions Would have liked a menu that catered for vegan/ gluten free, it meant I couldn’t eat at the restaurant

Checked in late and checked out early so did not get to use the leisure facilities

Good location for where I needed to be

My room was freezing. I notified staff and they said someone would come but no one did. So I spent the whole night cold. Was given a 50% refund but surely they could have just moved me to a warm room? Hardly any sleep before a busy work day…

The location, the staff, kids loved the spa.

The price of the beer

Didn't have breakfast.

Was disappoint that's the breakfast wasn't included, and staff didn't informed us the swimming pool was available, and also we had a problem with parkingeye because the Receptionist didn't book in our car registration number .

Location, staff, facilities.

Constant noise 24/7 outside the window overlooking air vents and air conditioning. Noise 24/7 in bathroom so from extractor fan unable to sleep. Left on 2nd morning at 6am due to lack if sleep.

Nice places to sit and the restaurant staff were very attentive especially Dean. He went out of his way to make sure we all enjoyed it. He has a personal touch that is second to none.

Bathroom needed updating

View from our room of 2 full skips. Boiler broken so only lukewarm showers. Bathroom very tired.

Good value hotel.in the centre of Telford so great for shopping. Reception and restaurant staff were great especially Yuen. Room was a good size, well equipped with eg plug sockets and comfy. Bathroom was nice with big walk in shower and good toiletries.

Although there is a spa we could not get in because numbers are limited and you didn't seem able to book or contact the spa direct to check before going there. The guy on duty was unhelpful and didn't seem bothered. There were only the two pillows on the bed and one was very lumpy and flat. The shower was hot and pressure ok but pathetic head meaning you didn't feel you were getting wet.
