Very friendly and lifts easily accessible

Lovely choice for Breakfast

Leisure facilities - Pool booking system too restrictive for a hotel paying guest. We were staying for the British Championships and also treating the weekend as a little holiday so expect to be able to use all the facilities, all day long while open.

Bed was amazingly comfortable. Room had everything we needed.

Breakfast was superb with a wide variety of options. The room was large with two double beds and plenty of space. The evening meal was good as I did not have to pay for the children, a nice surprise. Great to have the use of the swimming pool at the end of the day.

Location, friendly staff, clean room, nice shower, breakfast and dinner. Swimming pool / spa area. Large free parking area.

I found the bed quite uncomfortable as I like a medium to firm mattress. My son who slept in the second double bed has also told me since we got home that he thought the bed was too hard.

The location was right next to the conference centre, and plenty of parking, easy to find and access.

The bathroom had a foul sewage stench. The toilet did not flush properly. The buffet breakfast was poor quality 'slop' and low quality coffee machine.

Staff were lovely. Very clean and comfortable.

Didn’t realise you couldn’t use the pool once you’d checked out. Had 2 hours to kill mid morning and had to sit about instead, after buying a costume especially.

I love this hotel been coming since I was born and now bring my children. We love the pool, wonderland, park and kids eat free

I don’t like you can only book a 1 hour swim slot it isn’t long enough

Room was adequate for our needs . Beds were comfy. The breakfast was well overpriced . Meals too in the restaurant were very expensive. Plus the bar drinks were very expensive.

Very helpful staff, food was better than normal hotel food and very clean

booking for swimming as it was half term and busier than usual, although they did accomadate us several times with last minute changes

As this hotel is mostly families.. there is absolutely no snacks available for kids and no shop close.. just some vending machines or a small selection if bottled drinks at night time and snacks..such a shame.

Most of it really, the cleaning staff and a couple of employees in the restaurant were great.

READ THE DESCRIPTION FIRST. There are ongoing works, floor 2 had no ceiling in the corridor, plastic on the floor and building rubbish outside some of the doors. Lady who checked us in, nice when looking at us, distant when not, felt false.

Easy parking, great location to the Telford International Centre. Nice room, swimming pool and bar. Great breakfast too.

There was building work going on but that’s required to keep the place evolving.

Spacious room with two good sized double beds. Windows that open rather than sleeping in a sealed room relying on Aircon that never quite gets it right. Room very up together with comfy beds. Great evening meal in the restaurant and breakfast. Lovely town Park area just at the back of the hotel for stretching your legs and walking the dog. Good gym/swimming pool. Overall very good value for money.

Everything was good. Big fan of Holiday Inn. Always good value for money and a good standard. Like the fact that there are a good mix of room types on offer to cater for different needs rather than a one size fits all like some hotel chains.

The room was comfortable and the hotel was very conveniently located, only a short walk to the Telford International Centre. The breakfast was good and the staff friendly. All in all a pleasant stay.

There was construction work around the lift lobby at the time, but it wasn't a big disruption.
