All ok

Room was great, facilities were easy to access. Food was great and it was close to meadowhall.

Staff were lovely, swimming pool was warm and not too crowded, breakfast had plenty of choice, beds were comfy and the room was spacious. All the little touches were perfect too, from the snacks in the mini fridge to the hydration station in the entrance.

There was nothing we didn’t like!

Great location for our visit to the areaGood breakfast

Noise from Bawtry road traffic.Needs updating in places, looking a little tired.

Everything. Friendly staff, nice and very clean rooms , good breakfast and a great place for families.

Friendly, helpful staff. Perfect room for the family. Excellent choice for breakfast, cooked items still hot.

Convenient location from the motorway. Very helpful and friendly staff . Comfortable and large beds.

Bedroom lighting not perfect for reading. Otherwise everything else was good

Swimming pool was a bonus for my sons. Breakfast was lovely. Staff friendly and helpful.

The location, friendly caring staff, bathroom was lovely. Great value for money.

Curtains party hanging off rail and water condensation on window and windowsill

Room was good size and bed comfortable. Bathroom was nicely done.

Bathroom door needed attention -looked like it had been eaten at the bottom. Bedroom curtains were too long for window and hard to close / open. Couldn't get air-con to warm the room so it was a little chilly. At £200 a room (no breakfast) it was quite expensive

Friendly staff and keen to make our stay as comfortable as possible

Description of facilities said that there was EV chargers however there wasn't any. I had contacted hotel beforehand to ask if EV chargers had to be booked but was told they were out of order as they were being upgraded. I didn't see any at all but Description of facilities should be updated. Despite this, facilities and service were very good.

The breakfast, swimming pool and beds were comfortable

Rooms require soundproofing from major exterior road noise i did not sleep one minute of my overnight stay

As above

The staff were friendly

Dirty cups in room bathroom door lock on outside you couldn't open had to use a spoon as bit missing room 223 fan very noisy room never seemed to heat up was cold the whole time..

The accommodation was clean, had lots of tea, coffee and refreshments in the fridge.

Nil

Great friendly staff and convenient for a group gathering with plenty of parking.

Shame the first floor ladies toilets became unusable on the Sunday afternoon and some of the afternoon snacks were unusual. Wouldn't expect a mini steak pie but it was nice.

The reception and restaurant staff were lovely, very friendly and professional. The location was excellent as I was attending an event in the hotel.

The room looked a little tired in places and the mattress was quite hard which made my back hurt but everyone's needs are different from a mattress

Super clean room.

Heating was very poor even the hot water on maximum in the bathroom was Luke warm. The corridor outside my room smelt of paint fumes.

The breakfast was average and not very warm.

The room was freezing and we had to visit a 24hr supermarket late at night to purchase and electric blanket. Seems like the room only had air conditioning and no heating. On arrival the windows were open and it was uncomfortably cold. We also wanted to transfer our booking to another night next week and werent able to do so and lost a full night. Wont be staying again.
