People coming up to us asking where we can get drugs infront of our young children. 8:30pm at night one of the guest came up to our room threatening us and shouting at us as our children was making noise. We had to move rooms when we first got there as tv had no sound from a ground floor to a 3rd floor. Room was filthy. Breakfast was terrible. No food left. Plates and glasses gone.

Nothing! Lights didn’t work in the rooms/ the rooms smelt like pure sewer! Was not clean the towels was dirty! There was stuff behind the bed side table it was disgusting. Breakfast was awful I’d never stop here again.

Our room looked onto a road which was very busy from around 5am , so difficult to sleep after then due to road noise from outside.

Curtains that didn’t close. Dangerous missing light switch, hence light wouldn’t turn off. No phone on room as you would expect. Offered another that had just been fumigated because it smelt of sewage and drains. Most unpleasant.

The location was excellent, staff were incredible and I had a real fire alarm, staff were onto it straight away, very helpful and great communication, the room was excellent and the breakfast filling 10 out of 10

Have stayed here before just after refurbishment so knew what to expect. Really good facilities staff have kept up the nice standard. Good place as not far who lives near my son

No melon, grapes, pineapple for breakfast and although a sign for yoghurt there was none even after asking. I went to Aldi over the road for fresh fruit salad and yogurt and honey. Coffee machine was not working on 1st morning and only the chocolate option was available on the 2nd day, no latte
