The room was very shabby and dated. The runner on the bed was full of bits. Not a good look when you enter the room

Great room, fabulous shower, bed little hard but overall highly recommended

my check out the lift was broke so I had to do a few trips but the life breaking was anyones fault

Location & staff

Under 10s Scottish football team playing in hallways whilst parents on the psssst. Noise from same in room above at 1am. Not Britannia or staff fault.

Hotel tidier than the reviews suggest. Nice staff. Tea making in room with plenty of supplies. Great location for main roads. Didn't have breakfast, so I can't comment on that.

For the price no complaints

It’s convenient position and peaceful area. Plenty of parking and the hotel is easy to access.

Everyone was so friendly and helpful

After I booked and paid I got daily messages on both text and email asking me to book in on line. They looked like scams. They were marked urgent. Asked me to fill in my bank card details after I’d already paid and also said I would get a different booking confirmation. I was very sceptical.
