Close to everything comfortable bed. Nice bathroom

This was our 6th stay so we do like but was not impressed with room This time. An outer building room with grids on windows was cold window left open when got it. So never seemed to get warm. An quite noisy with night passers-by. An not even a bedside lamp.Hope we are not offered this type of room again!

Location great ,rooms are clean and tidy with plenty of space .

There was work going on in the building which was noisy .

Staff were nice. There was only one room with way better smell than any other rooms. It was a pain borrowing the parking card in and out for the parking at a distance. It was free but still a pain that you need to keep borrowing the parking tap card.

Most rooms had unpleasant smells that the staff coould not even agree with your nose about. One room with smole detector covered in weird stocking texture of white clothing, there were cleanliness issues with some coffee sets, there were workmen in the hallways, people smoking weed and you can smell it everywhere. The price needs to go down by 70% for what you get and experience. Saw a spider, crawling insect on the duvet cover just before I went to sleep. Heating/aircondition not working in other rooms, dripping shower overnight. Shower door fell off and struggled to close it to avoid shower warer spillage and it caused me shoulder and back pain to close it.

Staff were lovely and very helpful. Room was clean.

Bed wasn’t very comfy. Room could do with a bit of a spruce up. Some things were broken.

found it a bit difficult not having breakfast available - but there was a communal kitchen for making ones own, so that was helpful. No kettle in bedroom.

Friendly staff; lovely warm comfortable room. Very good value.

I like that it’s close to the station, but the area otherwise isn’t the greatest.

The property was spacious, clean, warm, tv working fine, kettle with beverages available for hot drinks and bathroom facilities were good.

Firstly I left and check out property at night not day after because was cold .Staff not organised AT ALL , area was ABSOLUTELY rough , too much to give to that house 3 star and is better to give one star .Very very basic room and small , bathroom too small for standard double room.Very noisy as well .

Central to everything, As we were down seeing my granddaughter and great granddaughters.

There was absolutely nothing to not like. Court house. It was spotless, and very comfortable. Will definitely stay there again.

Located near plenty of food places, supermarkets and bolton interchange. Room was mostly clean and tidy with nice facilities modern shower and hot water. Modern TV works with streaming and comfortable bed.

Walls are quite thin kept hearing someone next to us snoring can also take away from your privacy but in our case most of the hotel guests were quiet. Location near pubs/clubs so occasionally heard loud people shouting which can be distracting, the bed was abit squeaky only a small issue and rooms/bathrooms are quite small ours didn’t have a desk wasn’t a problem for us but for some it might be.

At least it was warm...

I stayed here for four nights and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The place has been recently refurbished, everything is exceptionally clean, and the atmosphere feels really comfortable. The staff are welcoming and always ready to help with anything you need.I’ve lived in Bolton before and had to come back to this city for some work, so I know the area very well, and I can say this is one of the best locations you can find in town. Another big plus is the kitchen. Unlike most hotels, here you actually have access to a clean, fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, oven, and everything you might need.I definitely recommend trying this place once, and I’m sure you’ll end up becoming a regular guest just like I plan to.
