It was convenient for us and we had great communication with the owner. Decent cleanliness.

Very run down, my bed was uncomfortable. TV was playing up, we could only watch BBC1.

The rooms given were nothing like what was on the website. They were very dated & in need of decorating

The smell of damp through out. Strongest in reception

The friendliness of the staff, location was good for our stay, local to a shop and garage for food if you needed it

The room was basic, bedding was clean, enough storage for a night's stay, hospitality tray with tea and coffee, good, but the bathroom was very old and needs refurbishing, the room was extremely hot, unbearable really not enough ventilation, no fan, no air conditioning which made it very difficult to sleep, we were up most of the night, got very little sleep, so left very early in the morning

Nice and quiet which came as a surprise. Next door to 24hr well stocked spar shop. Sandwich bar on site 7.30 onwards to grab a bacon butty.

No hot water. I was going to a show Saturday night in Manchester. Leaving motel at 4.15pm. Scorching hot day. But couldn't have a shower before I changed. Because the water is on a timer??? 7.30 to 9.30. Then 4.30 to 8.30 in the afternoon. Not good. Bath towel to small. No soap in bathroom so you can wash your hands after using toilet!!!! Defo bring your own toiletries.

No hot water at all. All the walls were mouldy. No one at reception. Very bad service. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone

The room was a mess. Not decorated. Paint and wall paper all hanging off. No soap. Hot water for only a few hours during the day. Noisy from the adjoining room which was staff room. Cold. It said on the site what was in the room and to be fair it was a total lie.

Location was ok as it was near to the football stadium. There wasn't any breakfast, but there was a burger van outside selling breakfast assortments, which was excellent!? The room was very basic but it was clean, ok for a one night stay.

Stayed here for concert at Bolton Stadium. Booked a taxi to take us there £7. And walked home 1hr. Just right for what we needed.

we went to a funeral of my aunt to Bolton. in the morning there was NO hot water to bath. My wife my son and my son did not have a bath. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone!! I would like a full refund!!

it was filthy over priced no facilities no hot water dirty sheets the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. How they can charge £75 for that is unreal I doubt I will ever use booking.come after this. I should have a refund really

Room was clean and comfy beds. Staff very accommodating and friendly. Facilities were basic but adequate and value for money.

The TV did not work properly, we had sound but no picture. The hair dryer, which was attached to the wall, smoked when we switched it on and could not be used.

Location was ideal

The hotel needs some VERY urgent attention to the decor. Paint peeling from doors and windows. Walls very damaged. No staff after certain hours. No breakfast facility. In fact would not recommend hotel.

I Did not like anything

Hated that the owner came into the reception in her pj'sDid not like the men who kept looking at me and my partner Hated that the bath tub was dirty and rusty Also Hated the fact that our room key was left at reception with my name and room number was on it

I did not stay in this Motel. As soon I entered the room I let. The standard is shocking. I don't smoke and the room smelled like a place where all smokers meet to smoke . This is not acceptable. I could breathe.
