- Breakfast was great.
- Location
- which was extremely disappointing and did not match the description or photos shown on Booking.com.The room looked nothing like the advertised pictures. The overall condition was far below expectations. In addition, the water was freezing, making it impossible to shower comfortably, and the windows could not even be properly closed, which made the room very uncomfortable.
Cons -

Breakfast
Great location
Bit noisy, but not the hotels fault. It's on main street
The bar, staff
Really noisy
Clean room and bedding
When I booked it didn't say it was a council run hotel for people in need it was more like an hostel than an hotel ...police was always there sorting things out ...not happy should of said when I booked about where I was going into
Property excellent location, very clean. Food excellent.
Things was absolutely perfect the Friday night when we arrived the man who was on reception upon our arrival was the nicest offered us free breakfadt for our 2 day stay aswell..I would of given a perfect a perfect score however on our 2nd night stay my children was rudely woken by drunken adults more than once which started at 1.30am and continued until 4am. They had a dance competition to attend on the sunday morning, due to next to no rest this made them extremely tired. The staff member that was on that night he tried to sort this situation but unfortunately they carried on throughout the night. Sunday morning again the staff where super friendly and easy to approach, also our breakfast was so nice and for both my daughters being picky eaters they munched up their cooked breakfasts. Thank you to the staff you made our stay very comfortable. If we come back to Blackpool I will be booking here again.
Noisy drink guests been inconsiderate of children sleeping and ignoring staff. View from the room was a yard but wasn't bothered.
Nothing it was filty and rooms well i would never stay here again £107 for 1 night is definitely not worth it,loud banging music till 4.30 am to the point the beds were vibrating, shouting and arguing out the back till 5am was a total nightmare and all staff was drunk on karaoke, worst place iv ever stayed,if my daughters wasnt at a dance competition i would of left.
Very unclean, probably bed bugs as well were all itching all night, window in room had blown so had to put curtians on window sill to stop the cold as it was freezing also.
Good location, spacious rooms, friendly staff
Drilling at 8/9am, very loud and annoying
Staff really friendly. Upgraded my room and the breakfast was excellent. Great location. Indian restaurant attached, plus so close to town for everything else. Clean, warm, and great value for money
Booked two double rooms for total of 4 guests. We opted for the rooms without breakfast but upgraded on arrival with complementary breakfast.Lovely welcome on arrival.Room smallish but very clean and immaculate towels and bedding. Room was lovely and warm. It had everything we needed and much exceeded expectations for a budget hotel.Bed very comfortable.Breakfast was lovely and a perfect start to the day. I do have other trips to Blackpool planned and would be happy to return.
Not a complaint but entrance hall and stairways very tired but not the end of the world.
Great location.
Parking was a nightmare. Hotel is rundown, dirty and noisy. On our first night we had a staff member making a phone call rather loudly outside our room after midnight discussing a leak into another room from above saying it was potentially from the shower. Then a couple were arguing for hours, shouting, crying banging doors coming in and out of a room.
Great location and a well stocked bar
Seagulls at 6am
Location ok, hotel not very good. The photos of the rooms certainly did not look like anything in their add
Hotel wasn't very clean. Room was tiny.1 small double bed. Which we had to climb our bottom off bed to go to bathroom, there was no hand towels only to bath towels, room was in need off refurbishment, dirty. Only a computer like desk stuck at bottom of bed which made it harder to get out as bed jammed against wall, mattress was uncomfortable, no drawers or any thing to put underwear etc; an alcove to hang your clothes, there was hot water for shower which was hard to enter as doors stuck near toilet, curtain one dragged across window..to top it all fighting shouting at 3 in morning which I understand residents were evicted.. Breakfast wasn't bad quite good, that's the only thing I can say about that..reception desk in bar dirty and dingy
Location was great, staff especially Adam was absolutely brilliant even upgraded us to breakfast. Kept the bar open for us.
Needed an ironing board haha
We had a lovely family room for 5 of us which was clean. Nothing was too much for the staff there. Lovely location if you want to be by the town centre/pubs & clubs
There was a nasty smell in the bar area
Nice location great staff room excellent
