Great location for sightseeing, room clean and ready at 3pm, friendly staff and onsite parkingFamily swim time is the biggest seller for us each stay.Booked in advance, reasonable price even though it was half term.
No option for kids breakfast, adult portion is too much for them, dined eleswhere. Maybe consider kids breakfast £5.99 under 10's? I'm sure this would encourage more families to eat there.Hole in the bedsheet on double bed, clear to see in the middle of the bed when we pulled the covers back but didn't report at the time as it was getting late and the children were going to bed. Informed reception at checkout, shouldn't happen.Room was a bit smaller than we have had before. View from the room was an -unfinished roofing repairs More lighting required at the front of the building when you go onto the car park, dark in places.Longer handrail required on the steps/entry up to the building
Clean rooms friendly staff.
We booked two rooms. One room was in one corner, and the other was on the other corner.
The room was a nice size
The bed was too low and the mattress was very lumpy. Walls way to thin. Could hear everything
Beautiful location. Very nice rooms and the food was amazing. Would definitely visit again.
Wanted the outdoor pool to be open all the time it was so so nice
Really nice and friendly general hotel was clean how ever our room wasn’t clean, thick dust and sweetie behind the behind beds and stains on the carpet
Been here quite a few times because like the location, plenty of parking (never a problem) and away from all the hustle and bustle rooms clean
Our room this time had a locked adjoining door to the next room and was noisy at night ie could hear tv and talking as if in same room. We were only there for 2 nights or would have requested to move rooms. It wasn’t the fact that the people in the next room were over noisy but noise travels through wood more than bricks
Clean room. Easy check in. Warm
People smoking cannabis outside the main door, corridors smelling of cannabis.
Lovely modern clean hotel
The breakfast wasn’t cooked the best but okay
Location and pool
Self check, main restaurant was closed understaffed
Staff very friendly plenty of parking and a 5/10 minute drive away from Blackpools main strip.
Restaurant was overpriced and had to wait close to an hour before asking waiter where our food was which was then told ours was next out, we were told we had an hour and a half before next booking so had to rush dinner. Fire alarm went off 6 in the morning because of shower steam. Had to wait to use the pool.
Nice big comfy bed , strong and hot shower , staff at the reception and bar was very helpful and friendly, breakfast was good. Rooms are very clean. Like the Starbucks in the lobby at the main entrance.
Breakfast finishes a bit too early by 9am. It could extend one hour more. Cleaner already moping floor whilst we were still eating.
was ok
adverts when trying to watch the football in the bar and no A/C in the room, shower hose broken and leaking
Clean room was fantastic for us and granddaughter loved it with the bunk bed
Nothing bad to say
Hotel Facilities and Bed was comfy!
Dirty Tampon in sink, broken door lock.
Comfortable room and bed. Excellent facilities. Nice vibe..
Price of food, and drinks too large a portion.
Good location, nice pool. Beds comfortable
The food in the restaurant wasn’t best choices
Very clean and well presented.Spa was lovely and restaurant was great.
Nothing, would have just preferred a room with a better view but obviously not every room can have the best views.
