Pros +
- Room was nice and the bed was really comfy. Love the lights outside the building.
- We were initially given the wrong room, but after one call to reception, we had our sea view. Breakfast was excellent; we particularly enjoyed the waffle maker. We stayed over Christmas, so we were delighted to be treated to a complimentary Bucks Fizz for breakfast.
- The staff were very friendly and everyone was working hard.
Cons -
- The breakfast area of where you get your food from was a bit smaller than anticipated
- The heating was broken in reception and the seating area, so it was freezing cold inside the hotel on arrival. The front door was also broken. The room was not ready on arrival so we had to sit and wait for it to be cleaned, plus we were waiting in the cold. A complimentary warm drink could have been offered here, but the hotel lacked the personal touch. Once in the room, again the heating was broken so it took ages for the tiny plug in heater to warm up the room. With some foresight applied, the heater could have been plugged in in advance. The younger members of staff could have made more eye contact and smiled more, especially as they are the 'face' of the hotel. I found the hotel overpriced for the experience and l had higher expectations for a Hilton. The Blackpool Hilton is more like a budget Ibis yet double the price.
- Staff rude to the point I was in tears with my 2 year old on xmas eve. Don't waste your money. Go somewhere where the staff value you and your custom. Never again will we book here. Wondered why a Hilton hotel was getting 3*....Now its obvious.

Comfortable room, excellent breakfast and right on the Sea front
Room good size, standard hilton decor.

The location is good, nice and quiet. There is a Tram stop more or less outside the hotel so it was extremely convenient. The breakfast was good, lots of choice, waffle maker for the children, but it can get very hectic at busy periods.
The cleanliness of the room could have been a lot better. Stains on the carpet, coffee splashes up the wall, dust, the mattress topper was extremely stained yellow. Just lacking a bit of general cleaning.and care.
I always love coming here when I visit black pool the staff are always lovely the food is gorgeous and great selection of breakfast options
Location and sea view room.
Felt room could of had more facilities like coffee machine.Felt budget for price.
The rooms
Restaurant was terrible, poor service, poor layout having to que around people eating to order food at the bar, menu average for evening meal and looked like microwave food, Breakfast like a zoo and Chaos.
Location and friendly staff
Bedroom was far too small for 2 double bedsBreakfast was chaotic
Comfy bed. Good breakfast choice.
Room could be a bit cleaner, nothing particularly bad but some ingrained dirt in the bathroom and there were some chips out of the veneer and a missing towel rail. The bar was poorly stocked with a number of items unavailable.
Good location for the Illuminations
Parking was overpriced and chaotic, with no guaranteed space despite prepayment. Room was uncomfortable with a hard bed, mold in the shower, and poor TV/Wi-Fi. Staff were unhelpful, breakfast was disorganised, and noise from unsupervised children kept us up both nights.
Location was great - nice quiet area with good links to the tram.
Breakfast was below average and room was a little dusty.
Breakfast as always excellent, room clean and tidy. How ever someone is asthmatic attention would be advised to hover under beds to collect all dust. Other wise no complaints.
Food for wife who ordered garlic bread was so dry it was not edible even she did try.
The bed and room comfy. View from large floor to ceiling window good.
The wardrobe sliding door was also the bathroom door which was very hard to slide. No biscuits or hot chocolate on the hospitality tray.Breakfast was chaos. It Was extremely busy. We had to sit in the BUISNESS room to eat. Queues were long. Couldn't make toast because of this. One adult had to stay with the children whilst one got their food. So by the time the 2nd person came back the others had eaten. It wasn't enjoyable.
Fabulous welcome from the very helpful Joey in reception, couldn't have made us more welcome, wonderful customer service skills.
Everything was fine, however personally I found the mattress a little hard on the bed, but that's probably personal preference.
The staff were lovely and friendly especially the guy who checked us in he very kindly upgraded our room to one near the lifts as he could see my partner was on crutches. It was very much appreciated ?The breakfast was good, fresh and kept well topped up.
The evening food was very poor the chicken wrap was made with prepackaged chicken pieces and the sweet potato fries were overcooked.it was very basic for the price. The cheese toastie was barely toasted and the cheese still in a perfectly formed slice not melted. Disappointed after the lovely breakfast experience.
Same standard as last visit
Lack of pillows in the room. We had 3 pillows for 3 beds. Ik sure I could have asked for more but tiredness prevailed
The Hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff were great and the Breakfast was superb. We stayed for one night after a family trip to the pleasure beach. Our room was very clean and very modern. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay
The parking was very limited, we ended up driving round for 10 minutes to try and find a space. In the end we gave up and parked on the seafront in the pay and display area
Great location, clean facilities and friendly staff
Price of car park! Out of season it’s ok to park around the area. If I’d known there was so much parking I wouldn’t have paid the £17 per day!
