I stayed at Leofric Legends for 15 nights and was especially impressed by Robert’s helpfulness and hospitality. The overall comfort of the hotel were really good, and I’d definitely choose to stay there again.

Obliging OwnerVery secure locks all around. Selection of dvd’s

    Nothing to like about it.

Four flights of stairs for someone disabled when we asked when booking for ground or first floor, No pressure in the shower. The bar that was advertised was none existent. The room had a microwave and fridge, but no plates or cutlery to use these facilities

Oh my god, I dont know where to start, this was my first time coming to UK, I felt a bit lonely for my first day but then I moved to blackpool where I was supposed to stay for 2 months, I am a doctor by profession and so if my wife, our stay throughout these 2 months was exceptional, we felt at home!! Thats the highest level of comfort one can have and Mr Robert made it happen!! Robert is the best host I've ever had, so warm, friendly, welcoming I dont have enough adjectives to describe him, but Robert if you are reading this you are the best!! We booked a double room which is kinda semi studio, it has its own kitchenette with fridge, micro+oven+grill combi and a sink, comes with all the cutlery as well and a small dining setup, bed and mattresses were top notch, so were the bathroom appliances, room was warm, cozy and very comfortable for both me and my wife , access to the property is also very easy, We were here to study for our medical licensing exam and Robert went out of his way and opened his office for us to study!! The property was cleaned regulary and was very quiet as well, on the last day when leaving for our exams Robert offered us an Ironing set as well!! He was like our family away from home, took really good care of us. We were quiet sad when we had to leave and if we get a chance to go back at blackpool I would definately choose leofric legends !! It lives up to its name!! LEGENDARY

There is no negative aspect at all!!

Polite and helpful host. Carried heavy suitcase up several flights of stairs.

As soon as I stepped into the room I was given a long narrative of how the TV in my room did not work, how the the bedside lights did not work, how the electric shower did not work. I went to do work, but struggled because the light in the room was sp dim, and the bedside lights did not work. When I arrived there was one sheet of toilet paper on the roll and the hand wash was almost completely finished, but it had not occurred to the owner/host to replace them. The towel rail in the toilet did not work. The shower did not always heat up even when the heating was on. The bathroom door did not shut, and there was a sewer-like smell coming from the toilet bowl, even though it looked clean. The room was freezing in November. I did not leave the room for several days trying to get my work done, but ended up with the flu, which I still have, with a fever, dizziness, persistent cough, due to the fact that my room was freezing for most of the day. I had to use the shower rug that was provided, throw it over the toilet door and then try and pull it shut, to try and seal the large gap that the un-closeable door left, so that I could reduce the cold draft coming into the room and the stench from the toilet bowl. The drawers had debris/hairs in them, which I had to clean myself. The hotel leaflet says that they appreciate how much we like a lie in, but I was forced to get up early every morning, otherwise I would have had no hot water for the shower. The shower for the very limited time of day it could be used, was either too hot or freezing cold, there was no in between. I was there for two weeks. There is no excuse to have had so many things broken in a room, and to not replenish empty toilet rolls and hand wash when you know that a guest will be arriving. It shows a lack of regard for the guest's comfort.

Robert is a very professional host. Time was taken to make sure I was aware of how the Fob entry system works to avoid any mishaps. The location of the property is very good for anyone wishing to be close to the waterfront. The price was also very reasonable. Robert was very organised to provide information on local taxi and local places to eat. I was made to feel very welcome and I would recommend anyone to stay here while in Blackpool.

The property was very well looked after and has a lot of character. The only minor thing would be to replace the carpet in my room as it has seen better days.

I was made to feel very comfortable right from the actual start by the actual owner Robert who his a really Top guy and his always around if ever seriously needed has he runs the hotel all by himself and he will seriously do anything possible to help you if needed and I seriously wish this guy Robert all the very very best in actual life has you won't find a much better host that Robert apart from that Robert helped me inside and up the actual stairs 1 night has I twisted my ankle whilst travelling back to Blackpool from Preston and I could barely stand up but Robert went out of his way to make sure that I got inside the actual building and up the stairs with his actual help and also into my room so cannot thank him anymore for making sure that I was OK once in my actual room but I highly recommend this place has although it's a small hotel with only 7 rooms you it's very well run by Robert on his actual own and you also have access to shelves of books to read and other amenities around the actual building so I thoroughly recommend this actual hotel has you don't find many actual hotel owners or staff around 24/7 in other hotels so a big mega thank you Robert once again for having me and all the very very best and take care seriously always Robert Pal.......

My only 1 actual gripe his actually about the actual location has although you can get a tram just around the corner over the road into town I always get taxis and it was costing me quite a fair amount of money to Blackpool North train station and back again on a night and at night the taxi drivers seriously always charge you a whole lot more but I cannot really complain overall has I actually got a really good cheap deal for my fortnight's stay here so it wasn't has if I was actually losing out with anything overall but the actual location doesn't take away anything from my fortnight's stay has like I said Robert made me feel very very welcome right from the actual beginning and I enjoyed my actual stay there has it was very comfortable and very good value for money for what I actually paid overall to stay here so well highly recommended with a really Top Guy and owner Robert.......

Lovely single room on 1st floor with road view, good lighting, good bed & heating twice a day (am & pm), convenient Usb & 3pin socket by the bed, Tv for Dvd only & choice of many Dvd movies on the 1st floor hallway shelf, good remote ctrl, Very peaceful stay, ensuite room (but shower & lavatory on different corners of the room),Checkin with Photo ID & Booking Ref from phone app, electronic card key for front door & room door,Front lounge is the private office, No Bar or Breakfast at the time,Coming out from hotel entrance, if you turn left it leads to the sea front promenade, many hotels on sea front display notices to invite non guests to use the bar, sea front has couple of mobile cabin food services, one for burgers & another for jacket potatoes, just opposite Ma Kelly pub is a candy shop & offers £1 latte or cappucino,& Coming out from hotel entrance, if you turn right, it leads to Lytham road, for Pound bakery (special offer on weekend only, its £2.50 for eggs & hash brown cob bread with tea or coffee) & street benches across the road, few breakfast & cafe shops, Kfc, Chakra oriental treatment rooms,If you turn left on Lytham road, it leads to the Sea front promenade, & kebab & pizza shop It was fireworks night at Blackpool & well worth watching the last of three fireworks by Michigan of US.

Always worried about sea side weather.

My stay at Leofric Hotel was truly exceptional, largely thanks to Robert, who embodies the very essence of dedication and passion for the hospitality. His attention to detail is second to none, and he goes above and beyond to meet his guests' needs. For example, I casually mentioned that it would be convenient to have a microwave in my room, not expecting much from the remark. To my astonishment, two days later, Robert had actually purchased a microwave and placed it in my room. Such thoughtful service is truly rare. The hotel itself boasts a beautifully vintage decor, steeped in history. During our conversations, Robert shared the fascinating story of this historic building and some of the unique artefacts he has collected over the years. The blend of old-world charm and impeccable service makes this hotel a hidden gem.I highly recommend here to anyone looking for a special and personalised experience.

Nothing, very dated. It was abit freaky the person running it only appeared on arrival and departure.

It was like faulty towers, it advertises as an antiques hotel but who cares…..people want a nice hotel to stay in, it really would be a nice place with uIt being brought up to 2024 also internet in rooms, I wanted WiFi to use my laptop but when I arrived the guy on reception said it’s a scan code “ya can’t scan with a laptop” or pointless needs a code, I messaged the hotel on facebook no response till after I checked out .
