Location.Staff were friendly.

Paper thin walls meant we could listed to the TV in the next room.In fact, next door's remote switched our TV on!!!!!The property is just a bit tired!

Hosts were so friendly and lovely. Always had time for a chat. Breakfast was lovely. Quite a distance from the Tower etc although the tram stops right outside.

Room was a bit dated. No towel rails to hang wet towels on. Furniture was quite old, could do with updating. It was ok for a weekend but I would struggle staying there for a week.

The hotel was perfect they tram stop outside hotel very clean n tidy. The owners made you feel very welcome

Great location, on the front next to the tram stop. Lovely staff, very caring and nothing was too much trouble. Great breakfast, definitely not stingy on portions!

Everything about the place was amazing. The hosts were very nice people. Where the hotel is located is good with a tram stop outside so you could easily travel around Blackpool and Fleetwood Town...

There was nothing that I didn't like

Staff were amazing, friendly, nothing was to difficult. Room was clean and warm. Breakfast was brilliant fresh and tasty.

The stairs haha we were on the top it was a workout but still loved the place.

Lovely clean room, all lovely Xmas decorations up as well

Parking nearly 3 streets away

We had a fabulous stay. Martyn and Sharon, the proprietors couldn't have been lovelier! The room was so comfortable with great beds. We had a sea view which was great. The breakfast was superb. This hotel is also so well located for the tram stop which you can see from the hotel, it is so close. I highly recommend this hotel!

Perfect stay with children firmly in mind. Family friendly run hotel. Breakfast was fab, room was comfortable and the ability to use dining room to take in own food in the evening was great.

A warm welcome was given by the owners of the hotel. The breakfasts were excellent with cereals and a full English breakfast on offer. The service was very good and the room I stayed in was very comfortable, clean and tidy, as was the hotel in general. A very good experience. The hotel is also close to nearby restaurants for evening meals.

Maybe the coffee served up for breakfast could have been more tasty, as its flavour was a bit nondescript.

Breakfast was lovely.. even had oat milk. Asked for extra pillows and got them.Nothing was to much trouble. Was very clean.. fresh smelling...

Very friendly and welcoming hosts. Family room spacious. Breakfast was delicious. Location great near tram stops, shops, places to eat and the illuminations

Sharon was very welcoming and friendly! Nothing was any trouble, cozy clean, comfy, fabulous breakfast and choices! Perfect for our two night stay! Location on sea front in bispham not far from local shops and restaurants, although parking on the forecourt it’s first come first served, it wasn’t to bad to park around the area as it is illumination season so it was busy!

We think the hotel is in a prime position to travel too and from Blackpool , there are trams and buses regular, The hotel it's self is lovely the owners are excellent and nothing is too much trouble.

The Hotel was lovely, breakfast extremely delicious with options of cereal, toast and jams, fresh fruit, fruit juices, pancakes, tea, coffee, and full English.The owners dud everything to make me feel welcome. I look forward to staying again.Im also female and staying alone and felt safe.

Everything! The price to quality ratio is amazing! Yes the room is small but honestly it fitted my need perfectly. It was extremely clean and warm. The bed was very confortable. Loved that we could access the dinning room at all time to eat or work. Breakfast was lovely. Location was perfect as I was there for a workshop happening litteraly next door. Extremely warm owners that make the stay even better. 10/10

Room was more than adequate but would have benefited from having a fridge no big issue we would stay here again
