Blackpool central hotel

The room was clean

the beds where not done after sleeping. No room with single beds.

Nothing good to stay

The room was disgusting, sick and blood stains on the bed. I had to find alternative accommodation because I wasn't letting my family stay in a unhygienic place like this!!

The bathroom was nice

One mattress felt like it was made of wood but the other was soft. There was no signal and it said there was free WiFi but there wasn’t. The tv wasn’t working. The electric cut off completely in the middle of one of the nights leaving us with dead phones which made a lot of complications for work. Had to leave two days early instead of staying for the full booking

great location, staff were amazing, they were quite happy to give extra sheets and blankets as my daughter was feeling sick. bath room was amazing

no kettle, bed was rock solid and uncomfortable.

Central location, helpful staff, clean facilities

The sofas in the family rooms were very good clean bathroom

No tv channels yet hopefully soon on this occasion no towels or toilet roll but was brought later

the room was very nice, the bathroom was superb.

i think, they are just starting out,had to ask for towels and toilet rolls, and no terestiel tv at the moment....

The room was very nice decor and the bathroom was amazing very nice entrance to the reception n recently decorated throughout the hallway and bedroom ? defo worth the value off the money defo would come back for that price off 26 for the night great value ?

Shame didn't have coffee and sugar or kettle in the room even though stayed one night ... staff was amazing to come and help when had a faulty power cut but over all brilliant hotel and service

Very clean beds where very comfortable only thing was we had no kettle in room and two cups we ask staff for them but no bother

It wasn’t very far for me and friends to walk to the concert in the grand theatre

Location good, spacious rooms, clean and warm

Just starting up and some furniture needed updating/fixing. Limited reception/lounge/communal areas set up for guests yet. TV not working

Hotel was very clean and great location

Only complaint i had which is minor, no spoon for tea/coffee and only one milk

Room was a good size and clean.

Not so much didn't like as the shower head holder needs to be changed to a movable on as when the shower was turned on the toilet had a shower aswell

Staff was very Helpful and poilite .Location was good , walking distance to town.Room was great and enough room for a family of four. Great value for the price will definitely stay there again .

All that was missing really was toiletries, and tea and coffee.

Large room and bathroom, comfy, but firm bedsModern tv

Had to ask for coffee/tea and there was no milk available which was oddTV aerial not working. Could cast from phone, so was ok

It was close to the centre and bed were comfy and shower room nice and modern

Had a TV that didn't even have any channels or no WiFi to use it and the signal for phones and Internet were really bad

very clean and plenty space this is o e of the best hotels in blackpool top nosh definitely coming back soon

Room was great and bathroom too , friendly helpful staff

comfortable beds very clean friendly staff excellent location near to shops obviously going through renovation but didn't affect stay

only small shower no milk to put in your brew no bar

Nice rooms very spacious and comfortable and clean would recommend to anyone

Clean and tidy rooms tea coffee sofas to sit on and bathroom was really nice ? very good experience definitely will stay again

Only problem was the tv didn’t have any channels as not connected yet as soon as thay are I’d be even more happy to stay here again thankyou
