The room was clean and smelled fresh. Reception helped us with all our questions. Great location, walking distance to shops.
Can’t fault anything.

Nothing at all
Hotel has a great vibe. Staff was very helpful even though we arrived very late in the night. Breakfast was great.

Location
The room we had was not like any of the ones shown online. Small bedroom, small double bed, very cold bedroom, furniture (except the chair) was in poor condition and the ceiling had a water mark from a leak!! The sugar sachets had solidified sugar, probably not checked or replaced.
Staff was very friendly. We stayed for a night and found the hotel extremely central. We had to visit Winter Garden which was right opposite the Hotel.
Loved everything
We arrived early and as staff was extremely friendly and we got an early check in. Stay was very comfortable. Excellent Location.

Exceptional Experience. Bar had a good vibe with some really nice music and drinks.
Room was spacious. Bathroom was small but functional and clean. Staff were polite and helpful. Bar and karaoke on Friday and Saturday were fun. Very well placed for visiting the Winter Gardens and the shopping center.
Room was cosy and cute. Breakfast was satisfying. Location is the Best. Really loved it.
Loved everything
Popped in for the night. Room was fine and comfortable. Location was great and the bar was handy for a quick drink.
All went well
Rooms were comfortable, Nice Continental Breakfast and Superb Location
Wi-Fi could be slightly faster
Comfy beds, location, towels and shower mat, lovely staff, good bar, whilst the hotel is a little tired in places, it is well situated, friendly and clean
Not much storeage in the room, one bedside light bulb not working, no shaving light(reported not fixed) shower tray slow to drain, black mould appearing in the shower. Cooked Breakfast was available in previous years, not available this year. Continental breakfast available at extra cost, not a true continental and not worth the money, go to the Hive Cafe down the road.
Location for what we needed it for
Run downHad to change rooms, Matress was broken , window Payne was cracked and sharp. It was like a saunaNew room was better but freezing , couldn't turn heat up.
Rooms are comfortable and spacious. Hotel has been beautifully renovated. Keeps getting better when I come again and again. Staff is polite and helpful. Continental Breakfast was amazing.
