Staff were rude wouldn’t let us in when I had arrived at the hotel Can’t get my money back for a room I did not even stay in

Cold shower. But it got sorted.

After paying to stay in this dump, we gave our car Registration to the owner to add to the sustem during our stay and then weve recieved a 170 pound parking fine from a debt recovery company for parking without authorisation. Absolute joke of a place and wouldnt reccomend to anyone

No Hot water in shower The bar was closed after nine o’clock and was all locked up with no staff present

It is extremely clean.. modern ... Internet TV... I would visit this hotel all the time

Friendly staff on arrival.

Requested a twin room at point of booking as rooming with my teenage son, arrived to a double room.Spoke to reception and was assured the room would be made up as a double room, this didn’t happen, so I spent stay sleeping in the floor and letting my son have the bed.

Nice and friendly staff. Really clean and comfortable rooms.

The coffee and tea and milk were out of date that were in the roomA little bit more info and how to order breakfast would have nice I didn’t see any menus out or anything suggesting they did breakfast untill I got home and saw it on the website

Turned up early in the day, was walking past and asked if I could leave coat! Didn't want to check in as I new it was to early! I RUDE man spoke to me through his ring door bell with stricked words check in at 3! Not even giving me a chance to ask why I was there...Also the bed was crap, mattress was uncomfortable and pillows where a joke

no hot water no heating, room was freezing car park fine but cars blocked us in and nobody wanted to help shower didn’t work 1 staff member friendly other was rude and has no interest in welcoming us

I got caught in traffic on the motorway. Was only 20 minutes late from check-in time, and they didn't let us in. I had travelled over 2 hours on the motorway and had a toddler with me as well, but he did not want to understand. Treated very badly

Booking.com took payment for two rooms 4 days before arrival, and on the day of arrival we turned up to an empty hotel IT WAS CLOSED !!!! trying to get a refund for my booking from either booking.com or the property as so far been horrendous.Be VERY careful when booking this property or chain of properties.

The car park was ridiculously tight and small. The first room was shocking broken glass ceiling coming down broken blind on the floor the smell wasn’t pleasant over priced car park on check in

Friendly staff in attentive very clean

Only the thing was if there was a hand rail for disabled ppl to use coming out a shower would be excellent thats all everything else was good xx

Absolutely brilliant value for money , visited with my son , room was a good size and very comfortable beds. The lady who runs the hotel is extremely kind and helped with everything we needed. Bonus feature the bar and pool table would definitely stay again

Room was slightly cold as bed blocked the radiator but I’m sure if I asked I would have been given a additional quilt I just didn’t ask.
