The location was very good, just across the tram station. It is also very close to the grocery store and other stores that you need to buy during your stay. very close to the town center. My room had a sea view, and I really liked that. But the bed was too old and uncomfortable. The bathroom was clean. water heater was too much old that when I opened I could see the resistance metal and it was rusty, so I could not use it. I think it would be better to change all of them. For the hairdryer, you should borrow it from the reception :) It was quite interesting. There are fixed ones on the wall available for hotels. Maybe they can think about it for the future :) The staff was so kind and helpful.

The whole hotel was wrapped in carpets. It didn't smell good, mostly. Cleaning of the grounds, esp in the rooms, should be better. The water heater should also be taken care of.

Location was great. Staff where friendly and beds where comfortable. The radiator was on permanently but you could turn if off if you wanted to.

When we arrived the tv did not have a remote. After 3 days of asking the night porter sorted it out for me and got the maintenance man to come the next morning. The window was awful as the wind and draft came through. There was strong wind when we stayed and the sound was very loud. It kept us up most of the night. This lasted 2 days. The toilet doesn't flush properly. You could not put tissue down. I had to put the tissue in the bin. After flushing the toilet it would run water after the tank was filled. You have to press the flusher afew times to stop the water running. The cold tap would run from hot to warm water sometimes. I did not like the lift as I had to leave my suitcase as only one person and a large heavy suitcase can fit inside it. I had to take my son up stairs and leave him in our room and go back to get the suitcase. I had to do this when we checked out aswell. The bathroom was very tiny. For a big person they would struggle to get into use the sink and the toilet. My son didn't like coming in and out of the hotel as people where constantly there smoking around the door way. My mum only had one problem with her room which was we booked for 6 nights and on the 5th day we was there she came back to the hotel and the key fob didn't work for her room. The man said she was only booked in for 4 nights. He checked again and sorted her key fob and it worked.

Central location, Staff pleasant enough, Bathroom clean and good shower, entertainment on every night.

Secure car park is not secure. Refused to leave my car in the under hotel car park due to dirty needles and drug paraphernalia. Rooms need touched up (pay attention to small details) Made me sad as this hotel had nostalgia for me from my child hood. Deposits for hair dryers are a bit much. Hotel was soooo hot, we were uncomfortable.

The lift only fits 2 people and you to go down stairs to get to the lift. The Pram did not fit in the lift and we were on the 3rd floor

Nothing, the property double booked our room, and then after checking in and arriving to our room that was already occupied by two women. Then the hotel was fully booked and had to look elsewhere on a Saturday evening, took 5 phones calls and an email to get a refund that at first were trying not to refund.

Nothing, can never recommend this hotel, Karen did sort the refund out and was very helpful.

    Paul was lovely. Good location

Lifts. Very scary. Avoid room 410, accident waiting to happen. Not enough staff.

    The hotel was clean

I am a disabled lady with severe spinal problems I requested a bottom floor room when I got there I was put on 4th floor I was told at reception there was a lift to get to the lift you had to go down 8 or 9 stairs with help I got down them but when I got to 4th floor there was a very high step to the room I decided to go home as I couldn't manage to get up and down the step let alone the stairs I was so disappointed as I'd requested a disabled room

Excellent staff friendly location sea front close to everything . Bar downstairs excellent choice from the live entertainment bar but noisy for my son who got autism so downstairs bar brilliant . Loved the whole holiday will return

No pool table . Rooms ok but need an update of wallpaper and revamp . The lift grey one very small and the steps with suitcases . Could hear people footsteps all night long above us .

The hot water in the area of the hotel I was in was ropey. I moved rooms because only cold water was coming through the shower, but it was exactly the same in the next door room I was moved to.Saying that, the staff are excellent, and I'll be back in Fen 2026!
