That a chavy guy was there for my convenience and help with my luggage

The owner is deluded about it being overbooked. The place is a mess and is falling apart. He seems like a sensitive man who shields himself from reality

Staff was fantastic as always Martin and Lynn always great hosts always up for a chat and to talk with you always a pleasure seeing daz Barry Nakita and Chelsie will be great to see them all again

The location was great but that was the only good thing about this place.

The room was disgusting. The carpet was filthy and the smell in the room was choking. It smelt of damp, musty and dirty. The bedding looked like it had been previously slept in by someone else. The toilet which is up a flight of stairs had something brown smeared on the wall . I don't want to even think what that was. We couldn't wait to get home and get clean . We all felt really uncomfortable and dirty. STAY AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Nice Little Place, Good Value for money, Ideal location.

TV didnt work, but wasn't in Blackpool to watch TV :). Internet connection didnt reach the rooms on the higher floor.

Quite little hotel, close to sea front and local shops and close to town centre

The bed was the only thing as mattress was a little on the thin side

The window in the room was frosted so you can not see out ,the shower was not powerful ,WiFi did not work in my room

shared facilities! shared separate shower and toilet on each floor . The beds are hard, rooms need a bit of TLC.

location is brilliant for what we need, cheap n cheerful.

Check in and check out was okay.

There was just a toilet, not a bathroom as stated on the booking. Then we discovered a shower room on a separate floor but it had no obvious signage.The room was also seemingly clean, but then we noticed what looked like dried blood or red food colouring stained on the bedsheets.The TV didn't work properly as it lost signal and became static-y every time we turned it on.The WiFi, when entered manually, was extremely weak.

The staff were very friendly. The games room and bar were good.

We couldnt fit in the showers! The room was dirty. Carpet stained. Not very good for families.0

Towels soap etc in room plenty tea coffee milk and sugar provide

No complaints about anything

Fab weekend. Staff lovely and on hand if needed and my room was ready early. Was a bit wary as I didn't see the bit about maybe not being suitable for children on a weekend till I'd paid but we had no issues at all. The kids had no complaints. Juat a stones throw from coral island. Would recommend and would definately stay again. Thank you x

shower and toilet was to small couldnt move around had a leak coming from the room above they didnt sort it or ask if we wanted to move room

Unhygienic beds was uncomfortable tvs was rubbish one remote didn't work and other kept turning off wasn't very clean and smelled of cig smoke wouldn't stay again not as good as pics make out it is ?

The staff where very friendly and welcoming when we arrived at the hotel

I didn’t like the fact that room smelt like damp clothes and the fact it was very dusty and generally not very cleanly

It was very outdated, dirty everywhere.

Agreed, very cheap so can't really complain but you do get what you pay for I suppose.

Everything was dirty, shower didn't work other than a drip. Staff were smoking down stairs. Just happy I didn't bring my wife, she would have divorced me.

Location was great staff was pleasant

The room had a strong smell of urine bed was not comfortable and the electric heater did not work but I fixed that as it was a little cold In there overall won't be returning
