I have stayed here quite a few times - great location, rooms basic but clean and the owners are really nice, they only do room only which suits me as there a plenty of options in town which is only a few mins away. Will definitely stay again.

Nice warm welcome when we arrived, rooms were ready for us to check-into straight away. Rooms are basic but good - nice and clean with comfortable beds (I've stayed three times now in three different rooms).

The property was poorly maintained, with one gate missing and the other closed.The carpets were old and worn, and there was a lingering smell of takeaway food that didn’t dissipate.The room was extremely small despite paying extra for a larger one—barely enough space to move comfortably.The bed was much smaller than advertised and unsuitable for two people.The bathroom ventilation didn’t work, causing mirrors to steam up after showers.Overall, the hotel felt very dated and poorly kept.

I've stayed here before, it is within an easy walk to the train station and shops and bars etc, the rooms are clean and no frills, for the price you pay it is very good value for money, I got offered a late check out as

The room was comfortable and had everything I needed, very accommodating with an extra night stay at short notice

The staff were very friendly, we also arrived early and we was able to check in at 9:30!

It was a good location to everything else, near the town centre and the nightlife and the cost of the room was really good for a Saturday night, was only £65 for 2 of us. The guy who checked us in was friendly and helpful.

The room was clean and comes with tea and Coffee facilities. The bathroom is massive. The staff are very friendly.

My husband thought the bed was uncomfortable. The shower did not work in the morning, we couldn't have a bath as there was no plug.When we left I did knock on the office door to let them know, no one was around to tell. It is a shame, this was our second time staying here as we have family to visit that live in Blackpool. I think the price of £75 is to high when you can't get shower in the morning.
