Lady on the front dect was very welcoming

Rooms were very run down. Bathroom flooring all peeling up and shower doors hanging off. The shower was unbearably hot and couldn't be used. My lttle girl opened the wardrobe and the full thing almost fell over into her

The hotel was clean and tidy, and the staff at the front desk were very helpful. You get what you pay for and I think they are under charging for their rooms I mean we paid under £32 for one Saturday night, fantastic value.

I can't comment on palm beach by the sea as I didn't actually stay there but they did find me an alternative hotel the royal Windsor,t

There wasn't any negatives as they were helpful enough to find me another hotel at short notice.

The beds were comfy, and the staff were warm and welcoming — they honestly made up for certain things that I didn’t like.However,the staff were absolutely brilliant and very helpful which makes up for certain things and the owner was pleasant enough also,It was Amazing overall.

There were a few issues during my stay — the white linen had some stains, and some of the furniture, like the bedside units and a cupboard door, were already broken or very fragile. In fact, the cupboard door broke when I tried to open it, but I reported it to the staff right away. They were very understanding and apologetic, which I appreciated.Because of the fragile condition of some items in the room, I felt like I had to tiptoe around and be extra cautious, which wasn’t ideal. That said, the staff handled the situation well and I had no issues getting my deposit back when I checked out, so that was a relief.

On the day of check out we had arranged for late check out the evening prior. On the day we had a lady banging on our door at 10am telling us we had to leave when our daughter was asleep in bed because the cleaners had to come in and clean the room before they moved to the next hotel. We had to rush and pack as fast as possible and leave to then be told we had ‘taken’ one of the towels. We emptied our bags infront of her ON THE STREET!!! For the cleaner to come down and say she found it in the room, no apology just excuses after excuse why they should keep deposit etc. tbh it’s all she spoke about since getting there was ways she can keep our deposit. We managed to get it all back but it’s just not a nice experience. Will never stay at this hotel again.

Mainly the lady at the front desk was so kind. Location was perfect, I. Between the pleasure beach and tower. Mainly the room was clean so I'm just grateful for that.

Staff were very friendly the place was clean & cheerful had a great view of the tower & wheel from the room we stayed in all in all we had a great stay and felt welcome.

Rooms were not clean. There was a chewed gum on the floor when I entered. loud sounds of neighbours, cracking roof and door slamming all through the night. Wi-Fi did not work in my room as the staff said the router didn’t reach that part of the hotel. The 50 pound cash deposit is a pain and should be made clearer during the booking and not after reservation.

Staff were fantastic and friendly. Big rooms.Fantastic location.Great value for money. Exactly what we needed, will definitely come back and stay on our next trip to Blackpool.

Unfortunately, I don't like that you can only request new towels after 4 days. I really don't like that. The sheets weren't clean and I don't think the duvet cover was changed either.

Bathroom was tiny, no hot water for a shower, but then would not have been good and no room to swing a cat!Holes in the bedroom floor. Remote to tv did not work properly. If you want a drink from bar, you need to take out a bank loan. Nothing worked right, including the pool table

The hotel was really a two star hotel and at the end of the day u get wat u pay for

The outside of the hotel looked as tho it had been condemned guys hanging outside drinking and smoking dope awful place

The floor are abit dodgy, the bedroom units were leaning toward because the floor were very uneven and felt unsteady

It was a beautiful stay at the hotel and the staff were very polite and helpful and the location was near the beach,shops,and food outlets..Couldn't have picked a better hotel
