Pros +
- The hotel was lovely and clean, I would stay here again if the owner was available as if there was an emergency we could not get hold of owner, We tried multiple times on our exit but no-one answered or even text back
- The hotel was in the process of being refitted hosts were not on site and breakfast was not as described
- It was clean and tidy small room but enough for us
Cons -
- We had to wait till 6pm to be let in due to the owner been out, Breakfast was not available even though the we had paid for it, never got a refund for the breakfast, Noone there when we checked out had to post keys back through letter box, The owner told us booking.com should not have even let us book as they had stopped taking booking hence why we was the only one in the whole hotel, ( which was a bonus) on our part No parking available had to park 2 streets away even Though the advert states parking available that's one of the main reasons we booked this hotel,
- It was quite far to walk to the tower and attractions although taxies are readily available. We did think we would have a breakfast but it was just cereal we didn’t see any staff for any information
- On arrival, all downstairs rooms were full due to refurbishment so no access to dining area for breakfast in morning etc. basic cold room despite electric heater fan. Tiny TV, found few hairs in bed underneath pillows. Small bathroom.

Friendly, carried bag upstairs for us.

Nothing , I couldn't stay there ,as holes in ceiling, staff gave me a card to get in touch with management, cereal and a loaf of bread left on side classed as continental breakfast, make it yourself
Given a family room when only 2 of us, didn't want to look at bunk beds
I liked how close to the front it was
The room was so tiny, to fit 2 adults and 2 kids it, there was no room to manoeuvre in there. Also, the double bed was so squeaky, I couldn't move at all because it kept waking my children up.
Welcoming staff went out there way for us, clean comfy cozy rooms, kids loved the helpYour self brekky, no rush to check out, brewing facilities in the room, great location to the tower where we attended the Christmas markets teamStop close thank you
The room itself was very clean. Beds comfortable with fresh bedding on. Staff were welcoming and friendly. The rest of the hotel was clean. Didnt have breakfast as we decided to eat out so cant comment on the food.
The onsuite toilet shower area was outdated and not particularly clean. There was dust all on the skirting in this room and the floor could have done with a mop.
location was what we wanted as off out to showboat round corner free parking outside first room TV did not work but as quiet they just put us in another room great room for a budget room mattress very soft 2 sockets in room just for show no power conternentill breakfast
could do with bigger TV as looks stupid having a 15 inch TV on a 200 inch wall also need 1 or 2 bedside lamps
Cheap and cheerful
Doors banging was worried about waking children
Very clean, decent location, little walk to the beach.
Rooms were small but had everything you need.
Rubbish
The room was no bigger than a box room and there was no room for 4 people to share for 5 nights. The shower room/toilet was tiny, crammed and filthy with mould and grime around the shower basin. Breakfast was a free for all and there was not enough room in the eating area to accommodate the amount of rooms they had for people. We went down for breakfast and had to wait for people to finish there's so we could sit and eat.
Location was good
Rooms were run down originally put in a room that smelt like cigarettes but was moved to a room which the shower didn't work..For a guest house there was no guest experience walked down in the morning to bed on the side cereals and milk. No one to greet guests felt more like a hostel
Had to leave our stay due to state of rooms. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.
Owners checked us into wrong room. Coming hours to move us. As speaking through a FaceTime to check in as the couldn’t speak English. Doors are not fire safe. You have to lock yourself into room. No central heating worked on the top floor. No hot water. Bathrooms disgusting shower trays yellow. Sink broken. Owners lying to booking.com saying no issue. We forced them to rooms by going into their residential part they admitted fault. Whether we will get a refund I don’t know. As we didn’t even stay! They ignore your messages. As for breakfast leaving out some old cereal covered in dust and a loaf of white bread by a toaster is not a continental breakfast. DO NOT STAY HERE
Not much really
Beds very uncomfortable. Towels were dirty. Clean towels and a comfortable bed is all was looking for in a cheap b&B. Failed on both counts. Room is small but that's expected, should have made it easier to clean and maintain but obviously not. Unable to park on same road as hotel so had to park a few streets away but that isn't hotel's thought. Location is around 20 minutes walk to the North Pier
It was simple, clean and tidy and it was exactly what we needed as a family of four for one overnight stay. The host was very accommodating to us asking for a later check in time and also for an early check out time as we had an early start. Also encouraged us to grab some breakfast/drinks for on the road which was appreciated. Price was also very reasonable, particularly considering it was a Saturday during the illuminations and also the fireworks championships. We would stay here again when we next have to be in Blackpool overnight.
The only small things were that we felt the room was a bit cold through the night and also the parking was difficult. It says that parking is available online, but in the details it says lots of available street parking, but when we arrived it was very busy and we struggled to park on that street.
Nothing at all
The fact of the room wasn't clean neither was the bedding we and partner have bite marks from. Scabies as have been to a and e and I'm covered
Room was perfect for what we neededOwner was very kind and helpful Location is great approx 15 min walk to the tower or 2 min walk to the tram stopLoads of parking available
The location was good, the room was clean and the breakfast is what we thought - cereal and toast
The room was cold- I asked for the heating to be switched on but the room was still cold. Also there could have been more coco pops as on our last morning they never had any left.
I could see both the sea and the tower from my bedroom window .
The dining room was very small
