    Pros +

    • I particularly loved the breakfast , it had a very good choice.
    • Good location with tram/bus right in front of the building and sea viewsFriendly staffBed very comfy
    • Clean, comfortable and quiet.

    Cons -

    • Service was long for Christmas dinner.
    • It's a shame you have to pay extra to park at the hotel even as a guest. It's not very expensive (£5 per night when I stayed) but it would be better to be included in the price.
    • I commented on the excessive amount of gristle on my steak and the staff simply said "sorry". We returned to our room and found the TV was locked on a particular screen. Switching the mains off and back on again did not help. We contacted reception and an hour and a half later with no response, we gave up and went to bed. Having a toe stubbing step up into the bathroom is also poor. The bathroom extract was not functioning, As a serial Best Western user I am extremely disappointed, and probably will not utilise this chain again.

Love how dog friendly the hotel is! Staff are friendly, rooms are comfy and clean, and the breakfast is good (but could do with more veg/vegan options, even if just veggie sausage)

Location was ideal, staff were welcoming

Room was a bit shabby and dated. Also limited headroom by one bed

    1KerryPosted on: 11-23-2025

Location suited us. Breakfast was ok.

Room was tiny, double bed was against the wall, so only access from one side and the bottom. Mattress had a slope on it so sleep was impossible.Shower was hot, then cold, then scalding. Room 223. Avoid.

    Location

Not great value for money. The breakfast wasn’t hit or cooked very well and totally understaffed

    10JacquelinePosted on: 10-26-2025

Only there 2 nights wish we stayed more the food was great the room was excellent and staff could not do more for you??

    No complaints ??

The breakfast staff today were very helpful and attentive to our needs

It was very windy and the windows whistled I would guess due to age

    5ClairePosted on: 9-28-2025

Staff very friendly, entrance/dining area well presented great location. Ample parking. Great view from sea view room

Bedroom very tired, room we stayed in needed attention. Paint peeling off the ceiling. Bathroom not in the best condition. Unfortunately our room was full of fruit flies.

The bed was superb, the bathroom was exceptional. I love the breakfast here.

Just the weather ! I arrived to a force 9 gale on Monday.. Can't help that.

Staff were lovely and friendly. The hotel is nice and clean and our room was decent.

Staff were great! Everyone was so helpful. Location is right across from a tram stop and there is an uninterrupted view of the sea.

We did not eat there this time but have stayed before and the dinners on the menu were not that good. We were under the eaves on the third floor and it was so hot. Caulking around bath was moldy, tiles were coming off, carpets were stained, not enough electrical outlets.

    6NelsonPosted on: 6-21-2025

It was clean and staff was friendly

The room was too small and the bathroom was too small no air con, carpets quite bad key stained and we was woken before 6 am with awful banging from outside

    8LeePosted on: 5-1-2025

staff are so helpful. especially when you travel with your dog, like phone in room, makes you feel safe, when travelling alone

room to hot even with fan, shower a bit hit and miss with hot water.

We came as a family for a friend's celebration, so we booked three separate rooms, which we we all happy with. The location of the hotel is perfect, right on the seafront with a tram stop almost opposite. The staff were very friendly and efficient, especially Katie, who greeted us on arrival. Our room was lovely, the temperature was perfect, and the beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was a good size with a bath and over-bath shower. The buffet breakfast was very nice with a good selection of hot and cold items. There is parking onsite, which is always a bonus in Blackpool.

There is no socket or USB port by the bed. The shower head over the bath is fixed, which I found difficult.

    Location. Spotlessly clean. Allowed dogs

Bathrooms little outdated but clean. Shower went cold. Kettle didnt work but in fairness didnt complain. I am sure they would have given us one if we had

    4RyanPosted on: 4-29-2025

Staff were excellent. Food was good. Service was good. Lounge area was good. Restaurant was good. Lift good.

We had three rooms before we got an acceptable one. First one was empty with the furniture on the landing. Second one we had to climb over one of us to get out of bed, (not good for 70 year olds with leg problems. Third one was a poorly maintained family room which we used for one night, window would not shut so had road noise all night with banging grid every time a vehicle passed. last one also a family room which was good.

Clean, tidy, quiet and had parking. Pleasant staff and good breakfast
