The Stone House Hotel

Location was very good.

The location is in a run down area of Blackpool now and the bed could do with an upgrade. Lumpy, uneven, uncomfortable. Curtains were shabby, hanging of the hook in my case. Hot water was very good, no complaints there.

Location and unfussiness , you pay your money , you enjoy or you don't . We did ENJOY

No heating freezing cold room rotten mildy damp stains all over window was broken a screw was used as a handel bed was hard had to leave coulsnt stay

The host was lovely and had a good set up for Nye nice size room and had everything we needed. So cheap for where its located

No lights worked in the room and whole place stunk of mould and foist

I didn’t like that it add no lounge an the room I was in was dirty mouldy smelly cold

Dirty the man is rude swearing at you hole place is dirty no hot water no toiletrool no heating on cold in here with 2kids nothing in room no toilet paper no milk coffee tea dirty bedding smells in the hole place and in rooms of bad poo horrid smell told man it's cold and it's dirty and looks like it's never been cleaned in here for years and he is very very rude and swears at you if you ask him why it's never been cleaned shower don't work all broken council and police keep coming as his ment to be shut down its that bad in here and dirty got pepper saying danger on banister as it's all falling through and ciling in the reception is bulging with Walter falling through needs to be shut down asap as it's not hygienic or safe he couicled my booking and took cash of us

Disgusting do not stay

Damp on ceiling (i have pictures) no tea,coffee dirty walls smashed mirror no towels no tv no WiFi carpet filthy the other guest that stayed there said the same needs shutting down.

I’m not sure whereto start, poor customer service. Shower was filthy and full of grime. Toilet was filthy with brown stains . The shower did not work. There was no light in toilet or room and staff just put a small lamp in the room which barely lit up. The window would not close properly so it was freezing and the heating was switched off at night. The carpets in the rooms look like they have never been cleaned . All the furniture looks outdated and nothing matched. They do not offer breakfast which might actually be a blessing because if the rooms are this bad I’m wouldn’t like to see the kitchen.

The hotel stunk of damp and mold and the room was nothing like any of the pictures advertised the decor was a mess the bed was uncomfortable where I could feel the springs bedding was a disgrace and the unit was broke no tea or coffee in room or clean towels I would of lefted but everywhere was booked due to firework display would like a FULL REFUND if possible or I would never yous booking.com again. Thank you

The bed was comfortable

Staff was rude to me and called me a liar saying I didn’t pay when I had paid it wasn’t clean and I even injured myself as I didn’t see that the ground was a little uneven

Nothing was terrible experience

Everything about the hotel i was so stressed and uncomfortable filthy carpets.. banisters broken with a piece of paper on saying danger! i really cant explain how bad it was i still feel dirty and itchy. I bought towels and a blanket to sleep on.. I can't believe you would advertise it on your site.. I have many good experiences in the accommodations you recommend.. the pictures where nothing like the hotel far from it.. I dont think I could trust the advertised hotel pictures from now on very disappointed..

Put us in a 2nd room slightly cleaner, but stained carpet poo on wall showers was thatbdirtybwe didnt borher to use it the was a smell smoke on there i bites all over my arms back ans legs. And the smell i had to buy air freshener and clean bedding.

The room was dark at night

This dosnt even deserve 1 star!!I would never stay at the Stone House Hotel again. The room was in a terrible state — dirty, unsafe, and nothing like what was advertised. The radiator was hanging off the wall, the toilet wasn’t attached properly, the windows were filthy, and there were holes in the doors covered with sticky vinyl. There was even a blood stain and somthing brown on the bedding, and I stood on something sharp on the floor. Someone tried to get in the room in the middle of the night.The listing said there would be towels, toiletries, a bath, and a coffee/tea machine — none of these were provided. We only had one towel between two people, no toiletries, and the shower looked unhygienic to use.This place is completely misrepresented online, and I had to leave early because of the poor and unsafe conditions. I’ve contacted Booking.com to request a full refund and I contacted the manager who is refusing a refund at all even a partial one. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!

Un clean, broken staircase, broken bed, tooth in bed sheet, mold in bathroom, bad attitude from staff, disrespectful towards disabilities (asked to be placed no higher than first floor but accommodated four flights of stairs up), staff rarely on site, photos on website are not of the hotel inside.
