Cons -
- Here we go !! We should still be there having our second night in room 19, but to be honest the room was awful ?, it's supposed to be a top room with Balcony views.Far from it, the Balcony doors struggled to shut or open, the noise from the road was non stop all night , the blinds were useless at keeping light out, like sleeping in day time we the constant traffic noise. The Dust was unbelievable on every ledge, toilet roll holder was broken, bulb in the smallest bathroom in world was not working. The Bed, Castor wheel missing bed lent to right,we pulled the bed out out to Access plug socket and wow the dust , no deep clean in many many years.Top of wardrobe and tv covered in dust.We were under the family room where it sounded like we had a herd of cattle in there , the noise went on into the morning, then carried on the next morning Saturday 3rd January. We never experienced breakfast just wanted to leave this awful place.Reception was never occupied even when we left , told when we arrived at 2pm the room was still being cleaned, God knows what was cleaned as last people left at 10am that morning.Like I said we should still be there but couldn't wait to leave , I'd never return if it was free, avoid like the Plague
- No eggs for breakfast..problem with the gas stove
- No hot water at the sink.Badly fitted blinds which did not provide much privacy.Exceptionally steep stairs.Toilet was difficult to flush.Lack of communication with staff.

Nice hotel clean good breakfast enjoyed my stay
Lovely clean spacious family room 2x double 1x single. Buffet breakfast had a great choice and tasty Staff were warming and friendly children were made to feel welcomed
Location for themeparkBreakfast
No soap to wash your hands in your room!Right next to ridiculously loud elevatorNo curtains to stop sun coming in through mucky blinds All floors creaky so no chance of sleep with a family in above room.160 pounds for this is shocking
Staff friendly room lovely and clean breakfast out this world
A great hotel with spacious rooms, breakfast was lovely and the location is great for the pleasure beach.
Easy access with lift to all floors, daily house keeping. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The breakfast included was of good quality products.
3rd year being here for the Easter school holiday. Good location, nice breakfast and clean.
Room was maybe a bit small for family of four.
Such welcoming people perfect easy stay. Very close to everything also.
Clean and simple. PLEASE fix a stronger WiFi so we can watch the amazing big smart tv’s you guys have! Perfect bar down stairs with things for kids to be entertained! Also a pool table. Bar is open reasonably late, staff are lovely. Food was really nice for breakfast also.
How clean and spacious the hotel was. The location, right next to Blackpool Pleasure Beach, friendly staff, comfy beds, buffet style breakfast, something for everyone, even checked for food allergens.
The big teddy bears in the front windows of the bar area. Found them quite freaky but was intrigued and found out that the owner collects unusual things, otherwise like the style of the bar area, the twinkly lights in the windows offered a relaxed atmosphere. The light from the window woke me early in the morning, could do with some curtains or black out blinds
The Buffet Breakfast was very good! Loads of choices it had everything english breakfast, Cereals, pastries fruit. Had a lovely big bar area. The bath in our room was Amazing.
The Pillows weren't the comfiest & there was also a really bad crack in our sink which didn't look the best but I wouldn't of felt comfortable filling the sink to wash my hands. It needed to be replaced. Also the shower wasn't the best extremely low pressure & tiny shower head.
We stayed for one night, as a last minute trip to blackpool. The hotel was beautiful. Staff were lovely. Nothing was too much trouble. Room was spacious for a family room of 5, clean and very comfortable. We slept very well. We will be back :).
We arrived an hour before the check-in time, and a very kind lady at the reception allowed us to check in early. We were very grateful for this, as we had traveled a long distance with children . Delicious breakfast, great location, very friendly staff, clean and spacious room.
There was no available parking space. Small windows in the room.
Lovely hosts comfy bedsLovely hotel
Bit out of the way for us
very nice service, delicious breakfast. I ordered a room with a double bed and two single beds, surprise there were two separate rooms ?. in the bathroom there is a bathtub and a shower. we will definitely go back there ?. Thank you
Very well presented clean good access and parking
Mattress was very uncomfortable and cheap Bathroom window was not frosted glass on a main road lack of privacy Set items with the breakfast where cold Fried eggs need improving
This was a lovely hotel, the staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious with lots of choice and they made vegetarian sausages on request. The room was very clean and had a balcony with chairs and tables. Would certainly book this hotel again.
We always stay here good value for money ,friendly staff and an amazing breakfast
The bed made us abit stiff but the staff plumped us up with extra quits underneath us to fix the problem
