Beds where comfortable, entertainment was excellent, bathroom could do with a update other than that we really enjoyed our stay. And the staff where really helpful

We didn't eat there breakfast was expensive, so we ate out

The staff was excellent – very friendly and attentive. The outdoor seating area is absolutely charming and gives a cozy, home-like feel. The bar has a lively and fun atmosphere – definitely a great spot to relax and enjoy!

Bed was comfy

Extremely noisy from outside noise ...we were in a room at the front , very hot and no fan, one window only opened slightly to let air in ... Bed was comfortable but got no sleep due to noise levels from outside all through the night , people shouting, arguing, singing, kicking cans up and down the street. There was also the sound of water dripping from above as though it was going to come through our ceiling. When we came into the hotel in the evening the receptionist chap was asleep on the sofa opposite the reception?

I had a great stay! The staff was excellent—friendly, attentive, and very helpful. The room was spotless and well-maintained, making for a very comfortable experience. Breakfast was both affordable and delicious, a perfect way to start the day.

Lovely staff , comfortable and clean rooms with coffee making facilities and tv . Comfortable beds, good bathroom with decent shower. Great bar area although we didn’t use it . Good location for town centre and 5 mins walk from the front .

Would be nice to have breakfast but I was told by owner that this is happening soon - they are new management . I wish them well

The location was fantastic! The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly

Our room had a really bad smell, the ceiling looked like a large patch of damp had been patched up, one of the twin single beds had springs that poked into you.

We liked nothing at all about this Hotel.On a arrival, Management was painting and decorating, this was not stated on Booking.com, Myself suffers very bad with asthma, my husband suffers with allergies including painting fumes.The smell was very strong throughout the Hotel. We asked for a refund as we both couldn't stay in this hotel. I am waiting for Booking. Com to reply to my email about my refund.

When arrived told they were not doing breakfast so had to look for somewhere over new year period no entertainment room was cold

It was a very good location

Very over priced, was definitely over priced for the second night was charged £65.50 when I paid £52 for the first night which still was very much over priced for what we got. There wasn’t any breakfast included in this. We were definitely ripped off. The room was very basic. Television you could barely see as it was so small. The shower kept going hot and cold. The bar drinks were very over priced. The staff were pleasant enough to us, but wasn’t impressed when check out time was 10am on New Year’s Day of all days. We had to stay an extra night because my partner wasn’t well enough to travel home meaning we stayed the extra night, from past experiences in hotels in Blackpool I have paid half the price and had breakfast included and had better rooms. I will never stay in this hotel again and would advise anyone else the same.

Good location room comfortable enough and Manager friendly.

The down stairs rooms was nice

The room was old the hot tap in the bathroom didn’t work the bathroom was dirty the lights over the beds didn’t work

There was nothing to like I didn't even stay 1 night

It said when booked you could buy breakfast at the hotel this was not so. There was no entertainment as was stated when booked. There was loose carpets on the stairs. There was a light sticking out of the wall over the bed which was dangerous. The bathroom was dirty and the toilet had a hole in the cistern part

Atmosphere , comfy bed

Room was nice but we always seem to get room window facing brick wall or yard

Nothing at all, staff is helpless, room is small and filthy, freezing cold, they advertise a bath tub but only have a defective rainfall shower

Been charged even if I refused the room, they refused to refund me saying that they haven't got any money from booking dot com and that booking com are taking a very big commission out of them

Very good service from staff and bar people looking after you soon as you enter the door free coffee and biscuits don't bother you will help you if you need it I can't wait to go back next year
