We were given the wrong access PIN number. No staff on hand to let us in . Fortunately another guest opened the door for us, twice! Only one small towel in the bathroom.
Brilliant seaside location. Immaculately clean room with large tv. Brilliant host who was very kind to me both in communication and helping me during my stay. A really great place to stay in Blackpool
