The member of staff was lovely but did not stay as the place was cold damp and disgusting, need a good clean

Easy access to public transport, away from the center so more calm and safer than other hotels. The man on the front desk was absolutely lovely and gave us all the information we needed. would stay again, get what you pay for, no surprises.

Walls are thin, can hear others, tiniest tv up high on wall, difficult to see, small room

Located right on the front and a minute from a tram stop. The beds were comfortable and everywhere was clean.

They have a bath and shower

Everything the wifi isn't working the staff are ignorant when you can find them the hotel is under construction and smells

It was very easy to find and very close by to the other hotel I was going to for a Star Trek convention

Was rather disappointed that the pillows where uncomfortable and rather hard

Dirty room and general poor all round, no staff available to speak to. Booking.com really need to consider if they want to associated with dirty/poor hotels like this

The room was very small.. The bed was disgraceful the bed was only screwed in properly in one leg. The bed frame was held up with wood, the room was dirty. The wall had holes the curtin dint cover the the window

Properly was lovely , need black out curtains as street light lit up the whole room so couldn’t sleep

Curtain needs to be black curtain or have some blinds behind so streetlight doesn’t shine through

From start to finish the hotel was a let down! Just spent 3 nights at this place, can't even call it a hotel, it's absolutely disgusting!! I stayed here on my own and I got the absolute creeps from the guy at reception from the moment I arrived! The room was filthy, dust and dirt everywhere, tv didn't work, sock over smoke detector, no hot water, no heating, window didn't close, blinds being held together with CHEWING GUM! No toilet roll. I slept every night with a chair pushed up against the door as the doors don't lock from the inside. The guy from reception arrived at my room on my 2nd day, holding a spare key to my room! He claimed he was there to check if I had a key to the room - I was there 2 days! As I went to leave the hotel that afternoon, he called me to reception, claiming there was no booking for me, again I had been there 2 days already and it was him that checked me in! He then claimed I hadn't paid, when I showed him confirmation of payment on my booking.com app, he suddenly could see it on his system. On my last night, I woke to find the chair I had against the door had been moved! So someone had clearly been in my room while I slept!! I could see a mark on the back of the door where the door must have hit the chair when being opened! I feel extremely violated and disgusted that someone invaded my privacy like this. I have contacted booking.com customer service to raise a complaint, awaiting a response.I quickly packed my stuff and left as quick as I could. Reception doesn't open until 10am so nobody was there when I was leaving. There is a box at reception to put key cards in so I used that and ran out of the place!!AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

Location was good for us as we didn't want to be really close to the attractions. There was regular trams operating too

We had an issue where 1 guest took two spaces up for the parking. We asked the owner if anything could be done and they said no but we could park on the street. There was no hot water in the bathroomThere was a damaged wall looks like it had been punched. There was also a strong smell of cannabis when in the hotel.
