Good value for money. Free complimentary drinks. Fast wifi. Easy check in

Toilet door doesn't close. It's stuck. Although the room is only good for 1, I would like to close the door as it is cold when having a shower. I wish there are hooks to hang clothes

The location is excellent for events at the Winter Gardens or along the promenade.

Room was filthy. Mold in the shower which had body hairs stuck on the walls so probably hasn't been cleaned before our arrival, scum on the walls, huge cobwebs full of insects, sheets with visible grime. Difficult to get necessities, staff unresponsive. Poor ventilation in the room, which was hot and stuffy despite it being pleasant and breezy outside.

Jess and Tony are a credit to the business, they give you all available information and contact you before your stay. I've stayed here many times and I will continue to do so as I'll not be looking to stay anywhere else in Blackpool because the rooms are clean, the cleaning staff are more than accommodating and friendly. The rooms have a decent size TV and have a private bathroom in each of them. The New Athena Hotel caters to solo travellers and also families. The Hotel is quiet and it's in a great location, right beside central pier close to tourist activities and other amenities. Thank you to all of the staff! ?

The beds are super comfortable, and the door keypad system makes you feel super safe :) It's a great place that offers all you need to enjoy Blackpool, with a comfy room to come back to :D

Can't mention anything really, it was a great stay

Nothing wouldn't stay there again

Stained bedding sheets dirty towels no lamp broken shower no hot water in the morning no cups just cardboard ones no milk code wouldn't work in the morning no coat hangers just to start with

It was clean

There was no kettle tea coffee sugar or milk I get up at 5 in the morning and like a good couple of brews and there was none available when stated there was so wasn’t happy about it.

Basic but very clean room. Bed was comfortable. The room was fit for purpose and great value

The beds are ridiculously comfy, nice spacious rooms with en-suite, smart TV, couldn't ask for absolutely anything more, always stay with these, and will always continue to do so :)

I liked the price of the property and position in relation to where I wanted to be. I liked that the access to the rooms was easy enough and had everything I needed

No air transfer in room. Room was laden with cigarette smoke and had to leave bathroom door open so vent would clear it out to make it possible for me to sleep as windows could not open.

Heating came on at the right time during the evening. Perfect location for a midnight snack.

Mattrass was very comfortable and general aesthetic was nice location wasn't too far from north side

The head board, curtains and towels were stained and shower overflowed twice, hotel not very secure as a homeless woman got in on the second night of the stay and there wasn't a tea station in our room just a serve yourself tea room that closed at 10

It was full of crackheads and the room across from us their door kept banging also had to go downstairs to make a brew and the owner Tony wasn't really polite at all

It's a hotel being use for homeless people all you can smell is weed owners only is to make money from a run down hotels

Location was good, rooms were easily to use with touch keypads so not having to take a key everywhere with you

Not very clean, no free parking, netflix on TV didn't work, shower blew hot and cold, pillows were like bricks. No wardrobe or Hangers in room and very thi walls

The location was perfect, only a short walk to the beach front.

The room was rather cold. The shower curtain wasn't long enough so when you took a shower the bathroom floor got soaked.
