Clean, affordable, good location, lovely staff.

Love this hotel staff are very friendly beds are amazing so comfortable and the pillows aswell you sank into them was amazing. Room size was good for us two bathroom a little small but still nice and clean and had everything we neeeded. Dnt judge a book by its cover might not look great outside but it’s great inside really is! Not had the breakfast but might next time we go! Located in a great place as the tram stop is only across the road.

Bathroom a bit small not a lot of room

No breakfast included. Room was comfortable and spotless bathroom was gorgeous. Rest of property clean but dated. Outside could do with a lick of paint.

Did not bother us at all but no view . Location perfect.

the mardonia is an excellent place to stay with family or friends. rooms were very clean property close to beach and staff were extremely friendly

Lovely and clean place to stay, felt like staying with family.. visited with my 9 year old Daughter, owner was welcoming and pleasant. First time staying in a B&B so only criticism is that towels were not changed daily, however we were only there for 3 nights over Easter so unsure if this is standard for a B&B to not change towels for short stays (not an issue if so), great location, will stay again. Many thanks

The street where Mardonia is located is extremely run down with litter and waste. The hotel was a major disappointment very tired and I need of major TLC. I was not offered breakfast and would have stayed here if I had seen the property prior to booking.

Convenient Location as its between Blackpool Pleasure Beach and Tower end of Blackpool, Staff Very Friendly and Helpful, Nice Warm Shower and Great room overall very happy to of found this place as another option.

Breakfast was between 0900-1000 would of loved it to been at least 0830 as we usually out doing stuff around 0900 onwards.

Clean white bedding and comfy twin beds. Great location near a tram stop. Luggage storage on departure.

No alcohol allowed.

Nice clean B&B never really saw much of the owner but had no problems enjoyable stay

Location good, just off the seafront and tram stop not even 5 mins walk. Really clean, comfortable beds and host very friendly and helpful. No full English option available for breakfast here and too late for us at 9.00am (we like to be up and out early to make the most of the day) so we had ours at a cafe round the corner. For the price we paid for the rooms it was excellent value, it exceeded our expectations and we would definitely stay here again

Street is residents parking only but there is a car park a little further up the road and parking is always a problem at Blackpool anyway. Car park not too expensive in my opinion so not an issue

Needed stairs rails and Wi-Fi didn’t work

Breakfast was on request, we didn’t request any.

Showers need handrails as can be slippery.

Bed really comfortable and the room was lovely. Staff were also lovely and the location perfect right by the promenade and tram stop.

WiFi wasn’t good on the top floor.
