Bathroom very small and not cleaned to a good standard the floor was dirty Some of staff at reception were nice some a little miserable

Couldn't fault the hotel. Basic but clean. Staff friendly.

Shower wasn't great, hotel a bit dated. My sister is celiac so was happy to see GF breakfast on the menu. Unfortunately was told no gf sausage should have pre ordered. Other items available but false advertising if you can't provide what you advertise on the menu. Also had to pay £12 to park!!! Didn't see this when booking

Booking.com hotel pics didn't exept the reality. Rooms are cold, small, toilet paper clear.. Cheap one..

The location and parking are good. The staff are friendly.

Not much room to put clothes and room basic. Shower ok but not brilliant.

Was greeted by Vicki was was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay and the hotel was clean and warm, we had a few drinks at the bar and a couple of games of pool before heading out round Blackpool, bed was comfortable and breakfast was good

Didn't realise about the £12 per night parking charge until after booking

The hotel was a n a great location , just a short walk to the winter gardens,I got there early to park my car , at a reasonable price , and they let me in my room early too

What a lovely find this place was, so glad we booked it. Location is ideal for everything, Room we had was a family room so was nice and big. The bed was really comfortable. Breakfast was lovely and the waiting staff were nice and friendly and looked after everyone in the dining area. Even got free wifi which was helpfull, chargeable parking is available but everywhere charges, we paid £30 for 4 days. Everywhere was very clean. If we go to Blackpool again we are booking the Beechfield.

Nice breakfast and staff were 10/10. Good selection of beers in the bar and great on site parking for £10 per night.

Room was very dated and the bathroom toilet wasn't cleaned. Shower was poor and the temperature changed constantly from roasting hot to freezing cold. The carpets in the rooms need replacing and the walls are wafer thin.

Staff friendly and location great. Nice big bar area.Good breakfast. Would recommend.

It was absolutely baltic in the bedrooms.Had we been told the Hotel was empty we would have gone elsewhere on this occasion. Would defo return but in the summer tho.

Ok but a little dated

The bedroom was freezing, single glazed and the bathroom had no heating in there including no radiator, very basic room, doors could do with restaining and the room painting

The hotel was nicely situated to amenities, good parking facilities, outside wellmaintained, staff really helpful and friendly, beds and bed linen lovely

Our room was freezing however all it needed was for us to tell reception but we didn't so that is on us !!

Breakfast staff friendly, good breakfast. Room was basic but clean and had all that was needed. The bathroom was clean but the shower was very poor had hot water but the water leaked badly from the shower head and connectong pipe. Found it difficult to shower properly.

It’s looking tired and dated. The shower temperature was inconsistent - boiling or freezing. The bed mattress could be more comfortable.

Room was very dated and bathroom was clean but had a horrible smell had to keep the fan on the hole stay for the smell.
