Nothing got keys on Friday and put the keys back straight away

Dirty wouldn’t let my weinz sleep there had to go to a travel lodge Galloway hotel should be shut down couldn’t get hold of the staff at 1st everything was so manky and a rough area

Booked one hotel got moved to another on arrival, was more like a hmo than a hotel. No hot water or heating the bathroom was flooded had no electricity for a bit either. The hotel was extremely loud and there was nowhere to park.The bedding smelt of stale smoke and the cups for brews were dirty.

Had no kettle but had everything else The price was too much for what u got Fleet like we were in a homeless shelter

Has bad reviews but I don't understand why, cheapest in blackpool, friendly staff, also my room wasn't available and got an upgrade.I think the people complaining need to look at the price.

Got an upgrade cause my room wasn't ready

No tv and a shared bathroom but was still happy with my stay

Nice location

Dirty, noisy, people smoking in the rooms sparking the fire alarm many times in the night during my stay

The only thing we liked was checking out on our last day and going home

The floor was uneven so we had back ache every morning there was a mouldy smell in the room and black mould around the windows the rooms look nothing like the pictures and are very damp the owner knocked on constantly promising to change our room but never did saying the hotel they had across the road was a lot nicer and he'd apparently only just bought the galloway everyone was constantly sniffed off I our entire stay while we was there And was a constant strong smell of cannabis also shared toilets and 1 shower

Nothing as I didn't even get to see the room

The fact I had to wait outside with my family for 20 minutes to then be told that we weren't on the system after we booked it the day before arrival

Very dirty,room absolutely stunk door wasn't secure,bathroom mouldy and stinks I wouldn't advise this unless a single person looking for a bed for the night.

Would not stay again

The bed was uncomfortable False advertising Rats and pigeons in the loft clawing at the ceiling so couldn't sleep.No toilet roll or towels

The location is good

Good location. Close to all entertainment places

Very basic accomodation.No wardrobe to hang my clothes in.Water was cold in the shower. Room

It was in a quite location

For the pice it's the best around by a mile nice people
