This Room was massively beyond my expectations for the price paid.Clean and modern , with Towels , soap and warm drink facilities supplied all of which I'd not expected from a budget room.Great code system to get into building and room .Constant contact before my visit and arrived in moments for me to check in even a call after my stay to see how everyone had been.If I could grade higher I would

The room was in a very poor condition, there was a lot of damp all over the walls which made the room feel very cold and smell, the bathroom was covered in damp and there was mould on the walls
Had to wait 30 mins to be let in There is no reception

Very good hotel smart tv, very good water pressure, heater very good
All clean. Comfy beds. Lovely staff. Would defo stay again
Great stay for low price, room very clean. Arrival check in done remotely at the door but someone arrives within 5-10 min. Would stay again for a cheap stay in Blackpool
