Pros +
- I'm a local (Fleetwood) and booked this hotel last minute as we had an early train to London the next morning. Check-in and out was easy and the staff were welcoming and friendly. Our double room with a sofa bed was reasonably priced, clean, and the beds were comfortable. We ate at Platform 9 in the evening and the menu was solid. It's so refreshing to see a lovely new hotel in Blackpool in an area that is seeing a lot of regeneration.
- Really clean and modern building in a great location. Bed was really comfortable. Really good breakfast
- Staff at the hotel were all super friendly and helpful. From front desk to housekeeping and all the restaurant staff. Bedrooms are spacious, well equipped, comfy beds and sparkling clean bathroom.
Cons -
- Nothing, but we stayed on Monday night which was fairly quiet. I can imagine it might be different if staying over a weekend.
- We were in a disabled room so we had no bath which was the only disappointment. Not sure if this was because we had a dog. Was really disappointed that we weren’t made aware that we had to pay £20 per night for the dog plus a £30 deposit. This should have been highlighted when booked on the booking.com site
- Restaurant / room service only until 9pm for hot food which was not great as we arrived closed to 9pm and were hungry! Also gym could be a little bigger, there was only one tread which was fine as I was the only person to use it but could be a bit bigger or get a deal with the big gym across the road!

Everything. From entering reception, super room, excellent breakfast buffet. All staff were came into contact were friendly, helpful and professional.
If I'm bring very very picky, the coffee at breakfast was weak.
Everything in the hotel - it is modern, clean, nearly new, lovely staff.
I would have like the triple room to be a bit bigger and if there are 3 occupants you need to have 3 mugs, 3 waters etc.
Clean and very tidy it was very luxuriously set out and good quality for the money
Bed had hard mattresses and air conditioning was in ceiling no radius etc. wife was cold couldn’t get proper warm
Nothing we got to our room it had a door leading to next doors room what we didnt like then our room was a disabled toilet what was poor for us
we got to our room it had a door leading to next doors room what we didnt like then our room was a disabled toilet what was poor for us we actually left and didnt even stay in the room we wont use this hotel again
The room was really spacious, pristine and a huge bed. TV a decent size. Toiletries provided which smelt lovely. Mini fridge with a bottle opener so you could chill your own drinks (Sainsburys supermarket directly opposite) walking distance to the tower and lots of bars/restaurants. Staff efficient and friendly
We welcomed and was understood by the separate bookings at the desk. There was 3 of us staying and we were missing a cup in the room so I went down and they gladly gave me a cup which is brill. Because we stopped for 2 nights our room was cleaned which I was suprised about when I got back after a long day out and it was perfect I forgot the name that did it but it was beautiful done so well done to the housekeeping team they do amazing as well as everyone else.
There was nothing that I didn't like. The only thing I would say which has nothing to do with the hotel itself was the fact that the night clubs near by you could hear people coming on and out which the music that was blaring was super loud which disrupted sleep at times maybe because we were on the side where the clubs are, weather being on the other side is better I don't know.
Staff were excellent. And the hotel is modern and very clean.
I'm not a gym head but the gym is adequate but quite small.
Clean fresh friendly perfect location upmarket with very reasonable prices we will definitely be back
Location excellent, staff very friendly and bedroom and surroundings spotless
Lots of space in the room, super decor throughout and some staff went out their way to be so helpful and welcoming
I feel less hot breakfast items should be out at anytime due to them going cold, I had to ask to get mine warmed up as it was all cold at 9.20am. staff were very helpful but maybe a change in policy to renew hot items regularly.
Very clean
I would have liked to be able to have two conjoinging rooms as we were a family of 5 travilling together. We had to have two rooms.
Location is excellant, very close to all amenities including pubs and club and not far from the arcades and shoppingRoom was very clean and spacious with everything you could possibly need ie iron, ironing board hairdryer and safe etc
The breakfast wasnt brilliant, everything had dried up by the time we got there at 9am sausages were not nice at all, but what was there on offer for guest was more than ample and probably very nice when frest out of the kitchenParking was great at the multi story car park but we were told we would only pay £10 because we were guests at the holiday we actually paid £19
Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and bed very comfortable.
The hotel was lovely everything you would expect, so close to town centre and amenities, To me there is always one member of staff that stands out and that member for me was Aaron Bowen, A Very friendly professional efficient knowledgeable young man nothing was too much trouble for him he always there and checked if anyone wanted help , Thank you for a lovely stay
There was just one thing I was really disappointed with and that was there was not one mirror in the Living/Bedroom of the Accessible room, The only mirror was in the bathroom where there were no plugs obviously because you could not use a hairdryer for safety reasons, I did complain to a lady on reception and was told there had been complaints already and said it would be logged, I was also told maybe a small mirror could be available but not sure, Nothing was relaid back to me so purchased a mirror myself so I could see to use a hairdryer to dry my hair,
Straight forward check in extension check out
Poor breakfast. Lack of fruit and no table service. Hard sausages
Location.New property. Good room size.
Breakfast was average.
Hotel very convenient for arrival by train and close to where I needed to go each day (Winter Gardens). Exceptional choice of breakfast food, all good quality too. Room was clean and comfortable, good shower and a useful work station.
