Really good the family that owns it is lovely my little boy through a toy on the tooth and he climbed out the window to get it he was brilliant very kid friendly

Brilliant staff the room we got was small so they moved us to a different bigger room really nice

It was. Nice but old fashioned i booked for 3 days i left after one night would recommend 1/10

Location, less than 5 minutes walk to beach and Tower. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. A bargain for the price.

Location was ok .Ensuite room .

No milk ,or coffee single bed no headboard!! Tele was so high up awkward to watch .Very small room .Was right up top up steep flights stairs .Only one light switch by door .Cldnt lock door had to leave key in door all time .

room was very very small my partner who is large and tall couldn't evan get into bathroom to be able to sit on toilet and shut the door and he wouldn't use the shower ..there was mould around the shower... a hole in the wall at the bottom of the bed and the room had a damp smell

Bedroom door needed to be shoulder charged to open. Shower useless - no hot water at all. Hot water from sink tap scalding hot.

The location was great.

When I arrived there was no answer to the door for a while. In the room there was black mold on the walls, ceiling and towels. There was no one on site when /if there was a problem. When I managed to get hold of some one because I had a problem with the TV in the room she replied that someone will be there to look/repair it and no one came by the time I checked out.

Extremely disappointing, wouldn't have stayed if i hadn't already paid for the property in advance c

Shower was filthy, pubic hair in shower and dirty shower mat. Shower head not powerful enough and temperature of water alternating from hot to cold automatically whilst showering. Toilet seat fulling off the hinges. Lack of space in bathroom and doorway areas causing excess noise and disturbance.

Arif & Sam (apologies if names not spelt correctly) were absolutely fabulous hosts. We were greeted with smiles and they spoke to us every time they saw us. The accommodation was clean and cosy. And is in a great location for Central pier / the tower area. Was also good to know they managed a few properties and also have some apartments. Would certainly recommend this place and would definitely return ourselves. Thank you guys for a wonderful weekend for the airshow

The only down point I can make is the cleaner had missed a few little details but spoke with Arif and he apologised with sympathy and advised he would speak to the cleaner. May I add the little details did not affect our stay in anyway.

This was a second room for a friend. He had no complaints about the place. All round a great place for central Blackpool, piers & the tower.

The location was good.

Not worth the price you pay, a triple room should only of been a double, no room in there at all, you had to stand on the bed to open and close the curtains and window, the window you either had to have closed or wide open, it wouldnt open slightly. Walls so thin you can hear the room next door phone vibrating. Room lock was very difficult to lock.

Sam and Arif were excellent hosts, really nice and friendly, couldn't fault them!! The location of the hotel was good, in fact so good, that it's not worth saying the coast, Blackpool Tower or The Winter Gardens etc was a 5 minute walk away, as it seemed that they were more "on the doorstep"!!!!

Great location, friendly staff. Great Wi-Fi Tv worked great.

No clean towels after 3 days. Room was not clean but you get what you pay for.

Very helpful supplied me with an airdryer when I needed one and tea making facilities & a fridge. Good location.

Toilet rolls low or disappeared by end of day ??

Was room only, Location perfect for all of the main attractions

It was dirty there were stains everywhere and dried up sick on the raidiator

Avoid they have bed bugs

Not the cleanest it needs a full pest control clean my girlfriend had nothing but bug bites on her after we had slept there we not hwpoy about that at all we hadn't make sure we got a good clean off when we got home and make sure our clothes decontaminated we will not be returning

Mold all over shower and wallsToilet was screwed to a plank of wood on the floor strange smells comming from wood panels on wall (randomly) holes all over walls half a mirror at waist height (strange) nothing matched i.e. bedding.

Everything. The whole place is rotten!!!!
