Hotel in a good part of blackpool, rooms nice and clean, elaine a very good host, she was polite and went out of way to help you, shes very outgoin , shame orher owners wernt like elaine

The hotel was far out from where we wanted to go

The hotel smelled badly and tv kept us awake all night from the room next door

The hotel owners are always polite and friendly. They went above and beyond for my son and I during our stay. The rooms are well equipped and clean. There’s free WiFi. There is a car park available with secure gates. We can’t wait to stay again.

The beds were extremely comfy, we were given a room that had a view of the tower free of charge! Owners were so welcoming and great to speak with. Will be back with the kids for another pleasant stay!

Owners were helpful. Location was easy access to trams. Nice soap in the bathroom for handwashing.

I am asthmatic and the dust made me quite wheezy I think from the heavy curtains plus the skirting boards were dusty and plugs very low so you cannot put in a modern plug that is molded on the wire.Older property that you could smell the dampness as you arrived in the hallway. Would have been nice to have some milks and tea bags in the hall where you can leave your keys as we had to ask for them.

It was located well enough. Close to the front and activities. Bed was comfortable.

10 am checkout and landlady was rude. She was knocking on my door at 9:55 for me to get out as I was packing my bag. Shower did not work. Not welcoming did not ask how our stay was.

The host was lovely and welcoming. She gave us a room with a view of the tower, so my little boy could see it lit up at night. He was made up. The room was clean and tidy. The bed was comfy. You got free WiFi and digital telly. We reserved a parking space, which is at the back of the property and the gates are closed for safety. Great stay. My son can’t wait to go back.

Excellent hotel, perfect location, Hugh and Elaine lovely couple, would help out with anything, room lovely and cosy, would highly recommend will be back next year

Loved everything

The owner was friendly and really welcoming, nothing was too much for him. He couldn’t help enough. The rooms were lovely and the beds were so comfy. Tea, coffee facilities. TV was a bonus. Location was great.

Host was very welcoming and friendly and took the time to show us how everything worked in the room. Room was clean and comfortable.

Would have preferred a more powerful shower.

The property was located close to the beach front, it was clean and presentable.

The owner was very abrupt, could have come across a lot calmer and have more patience. Check out time is very early

Nice & clean,very basic but it was 1night,check out could of been later 9am check out after a night out isn't the best ?but owner was very helpful

Excellent location to the seafront Hugh was lovely. Showed us into the hotel car park and took us to our lovely roomClean modern and comfortable

Only a small disgruntle would be the hotel doesn’t serve breakfast

Bar could do with updating and as a B&B would be nice to be able to get breakfast

Handy to front of the promenade, staff were lovely. Has a bar, with pool table on site. Enjoyable stay.

The owners are lovely helped park the car, honestly best hosts we had a takeaway and they gave us plates and cutlery (no food facilities on site so was not expected) they opened the bar when we were the only ones there Lovely rooms quiet spacious clean comfy beds and pillows yes you get two Shower was lovely and towels suppliedThe hand wash and shower gel was amazing smell and a lovely touch Coffee and milk in the room and lovely

Silly thing and just for awareness not really a complaint but the plug is on the floor level so be aware if your not able to bend

Couldn't open the shower room window, toilet didn't flush very well in room 5.

When we got there they had nowhere to park for said The gentleman was very abrupt when telling us we had to book it when we booked the hotel, but there was nowhere to book car park and they didn’t email us to ask If we needed space to park, which other people had so very poor Just told us there was a carpark at the top of the road helped . which took us two hours to find somewhere eventually two doors down. Let us use their car park. Very nice very grateful. Room was very dated a big dip in the carpet Which was creaking every time you walked bedside cabinets need replacing toilet too close to sink room had a bit of smell
