    Pros +

    • The inside is pretty, the bedrooms were very warm, the view was decent
    • Hotel room acceptable, comfortable bed.
    • One night away ruined because of the hotel

    Cons -

    • The housekeeping didn’t provide the facilities we had to ask at reception for drink making (coffee, tea, sugar and milk) and there was no soap in the soap dispenser in the bathroom, the hotel is bordering fleetwood which we didn’t realise till we walked all the way from central pier for over an hour
    • The bar closed at 11pm which isn't acceptable for a hotel in the Xmas season. The hotel is shabby in places.
    • Freezing cold room radiator not working, uncomfortable bed only one flat pillow the chairs in the room where dirty and dusty,TV remove didn’t work, damp on the bedroom wall and paint peeling off.

Location, out of the thick of it but the tram stop is right outside of hotel

Room dated and showing age in the bathroom and decaying plaster on the walls (548)

Loved the spa facilities available.Entertainment was ok for time of year.

Children running about while bingo was playing. Not hotel fault

Clean comfy bed. Limitless hot water. Decent breakfast. Excellent value for the money. My daughter and I have stayed here several times now and no complaints whatsoever.. Maybe one.... It was so warm!!The staff were brilliant.

    The guys. Upstairs. Noisy gits

    Dirty and very tired room

They delayed check in by 1 hour as they said rooms weren't ready. Reception staff didn't explain parking or breakfast times. Room was tatty and dirty. No thermostat on radiator and windows didn't close properly.

    4LisaPosted on: 10-26-2025

Food was ok and breakfast was satisfactory

No heating in bedroom or bathroom, bed was tight against the wall, no room to move around the bed. Marks on the walls and could do with a good dust.

    8PhilPosted on: 10-18-2025

Bed was comfy. Bathroom was clean and tidy.

Ceiling paper coming off. Nothing on at all in the hotel (even the little game/arcade was closed) even though the posters outside said "Nightly Entertainment".

Short stay, the hotel is huge, bedroom good size

Slow check in, arcade machines were empty or not working, cinema not working, one half of the building not accessible because of a broken lift. A member of staff at the bar, had been staring at the children from another family, and had said to myself, you know they were going to make it an adult only hotel, we were so close what a shame. And slated the parents for having the children there, it was 9.00pm, hardly bad parenting.

The pool was good and worth the money the beds was comfortable. We had a issue with the television sound and it was sorted soon.

The room needs updating & deep cleaning... it was very dirty under the beds wardrobe draws ect... the doors was filthy their was other people's belongings in the room. The tv also was limited. The games room some games was taking money and not working and the bar is very expensive. We left a day early would not recommend or stay again unfortunately!

To be honest, we didn't like anything about the hotel out of the bedroom. The view was disgusting, the rooftop and dirty curtains in the flats

To be honest, we didn't like anything about the hotel. It was dirty. The rooms were terrible. The bathroom there's no blind or a net anything on the curtains. There was dust and bits of fluffing that under the bed and on the carpets and a lot of hair. To be honest we wouldn't come here again we complained to the staff but they didn't seem to be too bothered
