Host and staff are fantastic very helpful
Noise from from other guests waking me up at 2 am and went on until 3 am which ended up with me setting off home at 4am but cant fault the hotel just advised them to put a sign up for quite hours then the other guests dont get disturbed
Location was great, an easy walk into the center of town. Great sea view.Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Did their utmost to accommodate us.
Breakfast starting at 9am on a Sunday seems late. This was a working trip for me and they did try their best to give me an earlier breakfast. Despite the hallways being very warm, my room was not very warm, probably due to the location of the radiator, but I did not feel cold when in bed. The weather had changed amd went very.cold that day. I would stay there again..
Really good location room was big and clean staff was nice
Quilts was really thin it was cold heating get turned off at night beds was so hard work up and my body was aching curtains let a lot of light through
I was very impressed with this hotel, which provided the perfect option for my stay in Blackpool. My room was of a very high standard, newly furnished and decorated, and with a firm and comfortable mattress, spotlessly clean en suite facility, and being more spacious than I was expecting. The staff are friendly and offered a varied, comprehensive breakfast. The hotel is ideally located, just a few minutes walk from the centre, and affording excellent views over the Irish Sea and nearby North Pier. I didn't use all facilities available - a pool, sauna, two bars and games room among them - but sense that the hotel caters well for guests who appreciate having access to a comfortable room and good breakfast. I spent much time working in my room (the hotel has fast wi-fi) and in the large, comfortable public lounge, but also enjoyed taking coffee and drinks at the bar. I would thoroughly recommend and look forward to hopefully returning to the hotel on my next visit to Blackpool.
I was fully satisfied with everything about my stay.
Friendly helpful staff going above and beyond,Went in February and found the hotel to be cosy and warm,Great location just a few minutes walk to north pier area,We managed to park on the free parking in front of the property Would definitely stay here again
Arriving at the hotel the manager was there ready to greet us, he opened the bar for us to have a drink, and was very friendly, he asked if we needed anything just to ask. The hotel and location was perfect for us
The room we got was spotless was comfortable the owner was so welcoming defo be returning
No nothing i can report
The owner is a really nice guy, very friendly. My room was lovely and warm, the bed is very comfy with plenty of pillows. Great flat screen TV. Plenty of tea, coffee, sugar etc and a lovely touch were the chocolate chip cookies and small bottle of water on arrival. The kettle was clean.Plenty of clean towels and plenty of room in the shower cubicle. The location is excellent, 10 minute walk to the train station, bus and tram stop near by, North Pier 5 minutes away, and of course the Irish sea straight infront of the hotel. The owner has only just taken over the business but it has huge potential for success.
The shower water in my room was cool which was fine for myself as I don't like hot showers, but if I did I might have had a problem.
Close to town centre
Limited parking. Has a very small room where the bed slanted towards the wall. Asked to move to another room that was only slightly better. The manager had to check there was hot water in the bathroom. Needs a lot of work doing to it to make it nice.
Breakfast was lovely. Good service and attentive. Good value for money
Slight lack of services available such as entertainment (but it was January, so I would assume more would be on offer in summer months)
The room was great. Clean and in a great location. Breakfast needs to be hotter it was not vary warm but nice. Could do with some more staff to help serve it. All in all it was a nice stay. Will be back .
Nwot to not like
The hotel. It was clean and in a good location, my room was excellent and the shower was great, my breakfast was hot and plentiful, and the staff I encountered were courteous and helpful I highly recommend this place.
the hotel looked closed /...
the door was locked upon arrivalsigns was hanging off outisde - hotel looked closed. This used to be a good hotel years ago and wanted to take my parents back to relive fond memories instead - it was quite an upsetting experience.
Great value for money, and Jay & colleagues were all very welcoming and helpful. The bedding and room was clean
The hotel is currently undergoing refurbishment so some areas are still dated.
Very nice staff. Room clean and pleasant. Quick check in and check out it was take only 2 minutes. I was very happy that even when I come back very late to the hotel there stil was someone who open the door and make sure everything is okay.
Great location with parking facilities. Warm and comfortable room. Staff were welcoming and friendly and chose a lovely room for accessibility which was close to the lift. Breakfast and view from the room was great.
It was a positive experience and I would definitely stay again.
The man who greeted us was lovely. He had just opened the hotel and gave us a bottle of wine to say welcome.
We was initially worried it was closed, however the man was so welcoming.
