- Food other than the light lunch which was awful…room and staff very good
- Room was difficult with luggage due to the amount of stairs after exiting the lift. On arrival did get help but on leaving no one available to help. Room needs upgrading and the heater in the bathroom scolded me every time I passed it. One of the twin beds sloped. At breakfast the waiter got my order wrong and the table wasn't set properly had to ask for a cup, spoon and milk.Brought coffee instead of tea. Got blocked in on the rear car park and had to seek help from the Manager. There are steps at the front of the hotel.Good Breakfast.Receptionist and the Manager were both helpful.
- Lovely room, upgraded.Good breakfast choice. Friendly staff.
Cons -
- Nothing to do in daytime especially as weather was bad . 10pm finish on all inclusive is not good also.
- Wider car park spaces needed and let guests know that there is a disabled access of the rear car park. Think it would be better if all rooms had a walk in shower which would also be more economical too.Toilet floor near the bar was mopped but no floor sign displayed! All concerns reported to reception before we left.
- I paid for a superior room going off the advertisement pictures, the room I got was nothing like what is shown, it was very dated, broken wardrobe, cracked tiles in bathroom and a mouldy shower curtain

Staff so friendly remembered us from are first stay a couple of weeks before , food was excellent the all inclusive feature gets a massive thumbs up .The park house hotel has spoiled us really , we won't stay anywhere else
Plenty parking available however this is charged at £10 per night, nice view of the sea, reception area and bar spacious and welcoming

Staff helpful &friendly
Parking was very tight &little difficult to achieve &hot showers were hard to get
Hotel was tidy
Bedroom was cold with radiators not working. Didnt get breakfast after cueing twice for nearly 30 minutes to be seated and ignored by waiting staff
Lovely welcome from Reception Staff and Bar staff. Bar prices very reasonable too
Clean good breakfast
Gave us a room on top of events room the music was really loud couldn’t sleep we are middle aged couple
Great staff, nice clean room, breakfast was ok.
I was in a room just around the corner from the stairs and it seemed people walked past the door every half hour throughout the night, quite often talking or wearing heavy boots.
Lovely staff lovely room excellent entertainment
The fact the heating was constantly on the room was far too warm
Warm and welcoming
No entertainment in this hotel but they did Offer to pay for a taxi to there sister hotel for entertainment
Staff are lovely, the hotel is very quiet and very clean.
The checkout time could be a little later.
Lovely hotel staff friendly location good food very nice Nice bar area. Room great as we had 1 room for five of us.
Breakfast was ok but had to wait for boiled eggs think the staff had forgotten about us as the eggs where very hard boiled not good
It’s a big hotel, caters for all and every type of room also beautiful views and older style classic hotel really well maintained
Our room was almost perfect, I didn’t need a light over the dresser/tea coffee area! I would of been upset if I couldn’t do my makeup because the light didn’t work and it matched the old fashioned although massive bathroom which needed modernising! Main room ace x
We come every year room was excellent food good as usual
There was nothing we didn't like
Nice reception area and bar.
The rooms were nothing like the pictures advertised. The breakfast was over priced for the quality and variety. There was a blood mark on the carpet floor and damage to the furniture.
Clean and friendly
A little pricey for basic amenities and drinks expensive at bar
Rooms were lovely and warm. Stayed mid January so very happy with that
Very tight fit in between the walk in shower and the toilet
