Sandford Promenade

Really welcoming host and an amazing breakfast.

Our room was a little small, but was fine for what we needed. Would perhaps book a larger room for our next stay.

Breakfast lovely nothing was a problem.Rooms were adequate for comfort.Owners were amazing n very knowledgeable of places to eat lunch tea etc and trams n things to do n see. Will DEFO return

For us auldies

Lovely place and really lovely hosts. Clean, bright very welcoming. Nothing too much trouble for them. Highly recommend this establishment. Will definitely be returning.

Nothing to dislike in our opinion

Location was great. Very hospitable, very friendly and welcoming. Very homely and quiet. The breakfast was one of, possibly the best well cooked breakfast and cleanest breakfast ive had. Also theres a a good variety of choice to eat too. Worth noting, if lactose intolerant please let the hotel know as ghey will provide yoir preferred choice of milk.

Although i prefer my room to be cooler, which it was. My collaegue prefers a warmer environment. Alghough the radiator was on full, the room was rather cool and aired.

Lovely guy that was front of house for everything very helpful and a good sense of humour...breakfast was nice ...good choice and kept us going most of the day

Room was smaller than expected but everything in there that you need for a short break

Breakfast was very good, staff friendly and helpful, room was comfy and clean.

Nothing really.

We changed room for a bigger one no extra charge .

Weather

Staff were amazing, breakfast was really tasty, location was great also, staff would go above and beyond to make your stay perfect...sea view was also amazing, thank you so much Sandford, well done!!!

On the Promenade

Our room on the top floor was an Attic bedroom with 3 beds in the room

Fabulous location , very accommodating , great parking, amazing breakfast, and Mark your a star for nothing is to much trouble.

Shame about the neighbours not doing anything, puts this fabulous establishment down

Great hosts did every think you needed to make your stay comfortable. Great breakfast , clean through outThank you Mark And Nicky

All was good

Good service friendly staff and nice breakfast

So friendly, great to have parking, really lovely modern decor which is unusual for breakfast. Fabulous breakfast, great to have black pudding as an option, couldn't do enough for you. Fabulous !

Lovely room, comfortable bed, brilliant morning breakfast, and the most loving welcoming owners.

The staff and management were excellent, warm welcome, great attention always on hand to help with any queried, breakfast great set you uo for the day. Near the tram also. A good relaxing feel about this place

I should have requested a room on a lower floor, apart from.that , there was really nothing to complain about.

The hotel was on the sea front, close to a tram stop. The hotel looked the nicest on the promenade and was warm and welcoming, and always smelt nice. The room was a fair size for a couple, with all facilities you need including a generous sized bathroom. The dining room was spacious and the service was well thought out and everyone was served very quickly. Breakfast was amazing, and generous. Cereals/toasts and jam/full English. Everything was available and the dining area was clean. Mark was very helpful at check in and assisted with our car parking. We didn’t go in to it but there was a bar with pool table and lounge area.

There wasn’t anything not to like.

Basic but clean, very helpful owner who works very hard. Excellent breakfast I have to say

A personal issue is the bed against the wall, not a biggie but it’s an issue for me.

Excellent location, room was exceptionally clean, fabulous sea views from our room.

There was nothing to dislike.

Good location

The room was very small. There was no wardrobe only a multi towel rail to hang your clothes. The chest of draws was not up to standard to keep my clothes in. Some fresh draw liners would hide the marks in them and some air fresheners wouldn't go a miss throughout the place. There was no hot water for a shower in the afternoon and if you dropped

Great hosts, very welcomingDelicious breakfast Location good, near trams, easy walk to Pleasure beach or Tower.
