Location ,,,comfy bed
Getting entry to property on arrival could be improved
Free WiFi, complimentary tea, coffee & fruit in reception (& beverages in room), very helpful friendly reception, rooms were clean & tidy, great central location.
hot water in the showers was tepid, springs had gone in mattress so was comfy but noisy.
Location
Wanted quiet night away from the kids to just relax was given a room no smart tv as promised online and upon arrival room small bedding was clean but very dated and thin patches of mould on and around the windows When asked staff at reception was told no more rooms or tv!No fruit juice, chocolate milk n very scarce breakfast
Really nice. Comfortable and location is good
The room was very very small
Only good thing was location.
The place was very run down, and dirty. Room was absolutely freezing and with 2 kids this wasn't great. £90 for 1 night is shocking for what it is.
Clean and tidy. Friendly staff. Great location
The radiator was located at the opposite end of the room, while the bed was placed directly next to the window with the headboard against it. When lying in bed, we could feel cold air circulating from the window area. It was quite cold
It was in the town centre
Advertised ultrafast WiFi doesn't even connect. Bitten to death by bed begs. Left waiting outside to check in for half an hour. Not good.
Blackpool
The room I was given 6/7 was adjoining with a kids room. But the kids room lock on to the staircase was unlocked broken didnt even catch on the latch. A laundry basket was put Infront of the door like a deterrent. I slept in the big room thinking I was safe and secure. But didn't realise until the next day that the kids room with open adjoining door was open and I was basically sleeping in a unlocked room! I asked the hotel to comment and to fix the lock or change my room I got a message from them saying no one has ever complained before!!? And thanks for the feedback! And they would notify matainance!!!! And then silence. I slept in my car the next day cos booking.com said i should take my belongings leave the hotel and key in room. I got £8.16 as a sorry from booking.com and they still havent got back to my emails I sent with the videos they asked me to upload. I'm really freaked out by the fact I slept in a open room in a hotel. Surely the basic security is a lock on the door? And to be dismissed by both hotel and booking.com and a lone female traveller... Still waiting on update. It's now over 24 hours since I reported and left the hotel
The location
The room was on the ground floor right next to reception front door and stairs, needed earplugs to help with the noise, I read that there was breakfast included and left out all day so could help yourself, but I never saw any sign of breakfast and the door was closed and locked during the day
Conveniently situated near the shops. Nice bathroom and at least the bathroom was clean.
The bedroom I was allocated was up 52 stairs, no lift. I have serious knee problems, and I discussed this on arrival. The manager helped me to take my 20kg suitcase up and said someone would be there to help me down on checking out the next morning. No one was there when I needed to check out this morning. I phoned to ask for someone to help me and I was told there's no one around yet, they are en route from London. I was basically told it was my fault because I wanted a room with a bath and the only one was on the top floor. She told me I should have disclosed my health problems to them! How am I supposed to know that I would be stuck on the top floor with no lift?I had to get my suitcase down myself, causing severe knee and back pain. There was no Continental breakfast. Everything was locked despite this service being offered. The WiFi does not reach the top floor. The bed was extremely lumpy and uncomfortable. The window ledges and bedroom corners are dirty.I understand it is an affordable overnight stay but even at the budget, it was a very bad decision to stay there.
Great location. Staff were friendly and did their best to fix issues.
The bedding felt very worn and the bed cover was bobbly. There was a lot of noise that started at 7.30am on Sunday morning and went on for about an hour.
the location was good for activities Blackpool North
the room was pet friendly, but could have been cleaned better as got covered in dog hair
The location for Winter Gardens could not be any better. Car parks are really close. The place is clean bright and has a nice atmosphere. Greeted at the door by a lovely host who explained everything and showed me to my room and asked If was happy with it. I was, it was clean bright and comfortable all I could ask considering price and everything. :)
Nothing to not like.
We liked the hotel because it was very close to the venur
The bed was very uncomfortable, could feel and hear springs when we turned over in it
How close it was to Winter Gardens, clean tidy and just what we needed. And my little girl loved the bus bunk bed
Bad
It wasn't as describedI booked an apartment with breakfast and got 2 one bed flats without breakfast. The mannager blamed booking.com for false advertising. I'm not impressed
The cleanliness of the studio, the facilities and the space was ideal for the 2 of us and 2 small dogs.
