The room was a great size just for the two of us and the decor in the room was really nice. It was so quirky all around the B&B.

There was nothing I didn’t like about the property

Good location, clean room and fun interior.

The room didn’t include a breakfast even though it’s a B & B. We Stayed in room 1.01 which had a sign up for faulty window - it wasn’t completely shut which made the room very noisy and cold all night long. The curtains were blowing wildly with the draft that was coming through. I messaged the staff at the time but got no reply, still haven’t. I felt for the amount we paid they shouldn’t have sold the room until this was fixed. Our friend’s rooms staying next door was draft free and quiet.

Nice location, really clean and great facilities showe was brill

The breakfast menu wasn’t to mine or my partners taste but seemed like it would have been nice. Pillows and bed wasn’t the comfiest

The window in the bedroom wasnt great so there was a draft coming through all night causing it to be cold, there was a fan in the room but no heater.

the staff were brilliant. very welcoming and friendly and even carried our bags to the room!

a few areas of the room looked a bit shabby. The wood panelling by the window was coming away, there was a large hole in the bar front and it looked tatty where the paint had been touched up with different colours.These things wouldn't take much to fix or cover with a poster.

The room was a great size just for the two of us and the decor in the room was really nice. It was so quirky all around the B&B.

In a great location,we loved this boutique style hotel, but without the boutique price tag, staff were very friendly and efficient.The whole place was clean and fresh, and actually looked brand new.Our room was a good size (ours was at the back of the property) with good solid windows, we had no trouble with noise, apparently the rooms are also sound proofedTea coffee facilities in the room which included biscuits and 2 sticks of Blackpool rock which we thought was a lovely touchSpotlessly clean bathroom with soft fluffy towels and Crisp white beddingWe didn’t eat here but they did have a breakfast room which looked cosy..we also noticed a selection of lovely cakes This B and B is great and we wouldn’t hesitate to return

Excellent location, fantastic room, clean, colourful and even the little touches like the stick of rock and the breakfast leaflet on the table were lovely, check in and check out was so smooth and the pillows on the bed were so comfy we have actually ordered the same ones for home x

Nothing not to like, everything perfect

The lady on reception/running the cafe was really kind. When we had checked out I realised I’d left my phone charger in the room., she went to get it for me even though she had a number of customers in the cafe. She was also really informative and helpful when we were checking in too.

More breakfast options would be good.,

the area was beautiful with a stunning view from the room window. it was very quiet, away from the crowded area.the staff were very polite, helpful and efficient. the room was very well maintained, spotless and comfortable. check in and out was very easy.the whole experience was really good and would recommend to family and friends. would definitely visit again.

The hotel is spotless, very clean, decor amazing and the room size large for blackpool with even a sofa. The hotel room was reallyvquiet something that doesn't usually happen in balckpool. We were blown away with how luxurious the hotel felt. Would love to know what pillows they use, so comfy.

a really friendly atmosphere when I checked in, the lady at the reception was lovely! the room was perfect for what we needed. very clean and comfortable. location was great and had no issues at all during our stay. would definitely stay again.
