Cons -
- Three lots of bingo spoilt the night, should have played the bingo early on then got on with the entertainment. Also music was to loud for the room.
- Had seagulls outside bedroom window the full day and night sqwaking. But that's not hotels fault .
- my partner and I found it very hot in room. we both have a disability and found it tiring being on the third floor. There was no pressure in the shower. uni

Staff were really friendly on arrival and made us feel very welcome. Room was lovely and modern, clean and close to the center of Blackpool.
Was very noisy in the mornings with children running around the hotel before 7am which slightly tainted our stay. Understandably they were there for football matches that weekend but it did frustrate us as they were running around, slamming doors and set a fire alarm off the one morning not making it very peaceful or relaxing.
Great place to stay and would visit again
Rooms were very hot and could hear next door (tv on at 3am) so walls were thin.
Very good location staff was lovely and room just what u need for a weekend away
Breakfast could of been better but still okay
2 night stay
Mattress a bit uncomfortable and young adults a bit noisy
Great location, excellent staff and a decent breakfast
Nowhere to hang towels in bathroom just one hook back of door, nowhere to put shower gel and shampoo in shower,no hairdryer, carpets dirty and stained, beds very cheap uncomfortable spring mattresses well worn, bedding or towels not changed had to get our own from reception.landings and stairs carpets full of litter never saw a cleaner, hotel very noisy children running up and down landings, stairwells and elevator all night, this was reported by a elderly lady and he told her they were just having a run around, watched singer one night, very poor and unbelievably far too loud, definitely not worth nothing near what we paid, had much better on Albert road
Staff were really friendly
Was premier room , but very small and not much facilities
Bed comfy. Food lovely and good price
Children being loud and running around
Location was great, close to all of Blackpools amenities.
We stayed in a standard double room, which was on the small side, the bed was uncomfortable, the bathroom was also small, when on the toilet your knees was touching the towel rail.
The location is ideal, and breakfast was exceptional ,wide choice.. the evening entertainment was good
One night stay in the single room. The room was but there was only me so fine. The room was clean and the bed comfortable with a choice of pillows and an extra quilt if needed. The staff were friendly, even though I suspect I set the fire alarm off!! Great breakfast.
Location and entertainment
Room very small ,stank of what we thought tom cat pee unbearable couldn't smell in morning but don't no if we just got used to it .no coffee in the room, so went to reception for coffee whilst there asked if they had a cat ? but they don't. The smell may not have been cat pee, but that's the best way of describing it. The coffee he gave us, although nescalf was rank tasted like a lamb gravy, was aweful .
Friendly staff all round from checking in and out and even at breakfast The hotel was clean and tidy We had small room but it’s was very clean and comfortable
It was very hot in the hotel even with our heater off and window open
