Loved everything dinner and tea was lovely hotel was very clean staff lovely we will defo be back

Stayed on a Sunday evening dinner b&b deal excellant value. Food good, comfortable lounges and entertainment good.The swimming pool was lovely.

Lovely hotel

In the restaurant we were packed in rly tight . Not much room between tables. Not much chance of personal conversation . Jaccuzzi wasnt workin either.

Loved the pool jacuzzi. The food was very nice .The bed was comfy.

So hot in bedrooms.

Warm and comfortable stay. Room has everything needed and the decor was fresh and good quality. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Food was excellent

Only one minor thing - The towels were very small.

Great Hotel, location good, top notch food and great value for money. Busy Hotel with a great atmosphere & good for all ages. 1st time visiting but would definitely book again

I absolutely love staying at The Sheraton with my family The grandchildren love dancing into the night. Food is always good and hot when it arrives. Staff are lovely and will help anyway they can. Can’t wait for our next stay. Thank you

Only thing I struggled with was the bed the mattress was hard but apart from that it’s great.

Perfect seafront location, lovely room,delicious food ,excellent entertainment, used swimming pool ever day

As always the staff cleanliness food entertainment was spot on.we are regular guests and wouldn't stay else where.

A very warm welcome from the staff on arrival. Hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas. Plenty of seating space in the lounges. Meals were excellent. Pool area was clean and neat with only us in there. Room was clean, comfortable and warm. Entertainment was provided and the atmosphere was very festive.

No parking spaces available, but managed to get a spot down a side street. No wet costume spinner in the pool. A little off the beaten track for Blackpool activities, but it was a lovely calm area of the town with the tableaux area of the illuminations nearby.

The rooms were clean, modern and comfortable. The swimming pool was lovely. Decor throughout the hotel was nice. Staff were really friendly and nothing was too much trouble.

During the night it sounded like something was tapping on the window, but couldn’t see what it was. Sounded like a loose cord tapping against the window due to winds. Which disturbed our sleep. The food was mediocre at best, but nether the less for the price we paid it was edible.

Room was very warm and also above the entertainment. so found it hard to get to sleep

The food...facilties...the indoor pool is fabulous.The hotel was clean.

The beach house family room was lovely but uncomfortably hot... we asked and was told the air con was broken and they would come and repair it...nothing happened and no one asked again.The heat made it uncomfortable for sleeping...we couldn't seem to cool it down..

Food was good staff was friendly ,approxamatly 3 miles to blackpool tower with tramstop right outside

first night it was so hot in our room even with the windows open radiators where left on all night all over the hotel aircon couldnt drop the temp hardly slept all night second night music was so load down stairs upto 12am you could here the songs word for word fire alarm went off at 1am only five people came down 1 in the lift staff told us to dont worry we THINK its someone smoking in the room you can go back up (without checking first ) we had a 6 hour drive next day and had to check out by 11am never again would i go here nightmare place

As always great staff loved the Christmas decorations and facilities.We are regulars to the hotel.This time we couldn't stay longer but was special because my elderly mother and children were together after a period of illness had my mother in hospital very poorly.

Lovely hotel with swimming pool and jacuzzi. Tram just across the hotel. Freshly cooked dinner and breakfast.

No cafes or eating places around. When we reached no option for hot food like sandwiches. Only cold sandwiches. Dinner was good. Breakfast didn’t have any bakery items. Full English breakfast was missing hash brown and also we could not ask for seconds as no buffet. Kids breakfast was really small potion.
