Good location close to North Pier, shops and restaurants

Room needed a thorough vacuuming and the hot water was turned off after the busy weekend

The celling tiles were loose not fitted and full off damp comming down the walls.they was holes in the wall up from headboard.

The location was good and staff were fab

On our first night there, we noticed a bug running across the bed and had a check and didn’t seem to see anything else so thought nothing of it however on our last day there, my husband has been bitten twice which resulted in needing antibiotics as it had become moderately infected. The rooms were very dated, one of the ceiling tiles in the bathroom was almost falling down and there was a patch of carpet that was sopping wet , maybe as a result of a leak! The sink and toilet also leaked when used/flushed and would soak the bathroom floor. The dressing table was all broken at the bottom and the wood was coming apart which resulted in my daughter getting a splinter in her foot. Overall, not too pleased with the actual facilities. Location is great and the staff were nice but definitely not value for money with the condition of the rooms offered

The location was perfect for us and on street parking has never failed us

The property is run down and in desperate need of updating.We were on the top floor room 41 which is a fairly decent sized double room.We used the stairs instead of the small lift, near the top of the stairs there is a black bag taped to the carpet on the stairs, very soft to your footing.On first entering the room the curtains look an absolute mess.But, this to one side, the bed sheets are clean and white and if like us you just dump your luggage and out you go then this property works.But on that note, we won't be staying again.

Good location for the tower and winter gardens. We had a good size room with windows which could be opened. Parking just up the road. Easy access.

It was not very clean, stains on the bedding, the remote was crusty ?

Good room. Early check in. Friendly staff who went out of their way to ensure you had a good break with nothing too much trouble.

Welcoming host, basic rooms but where definitely value for money. Bed was very comfortable, superb location. Would book again

No hot water, light in bathroom didn't work, window wouldn't close in room, breakfast very small for the £7:50 not a lot of choice. Not very clean. No remote for t.v in room so could turn t.v. on, no wi-fi, wood lice in room. Smells damp. Could do with some repairs & decorating throughout. If I was paying £5 a night it would be exceptable. They were 2 good things about the hotel. The 2 members of staff were lovely & the location was good for the town centre & coral island.

Excellent room service, hotel situated near Winter Gardens with easy access to town centre.

Everything about this hotel from the friendliness and welcome from the owners to the comfort and cleanliness of the room with ensuite and spotless shower room! Room was excellent and nice coffee and biscuits provided for in room. Cannot fault anything. Owners were very friendly and helpful and took the time to have a chat which was amazing! Made sure I had everything I needed and were willing to go above and beyond! Breakfast was delicious and plenty of choices offered. I have now found my favourite hotel to stay at again next time I am in Blackpool! Thanks for an absolutely fantastic stay!

Nothing! Having to leave after a short trip

The people who are hosting the hotel very nice indeed and lovely clean room an comfortable facilities excellent

Wee only booked for two nights and would have been better stay if there had been entertainment in hotel, but time of year and staying on week days we do understand that it's not always cost effective for the hotel businesses, but would recommend it to anyone and we will be going back in the future p

The staff at the hotel were polite and friendly. The location of the hotel was very good as well, as it was very close to the town centre, and also close to the Promenade as well. The room also had most of the facilities expected, and was fairly well laid out. The room was also very quiet overnight as well.

There wasn't a desk in the room, which was advertised on the listing, there was a chair there though, but I had to use a small chest of drawers, as a desk, instead. The hotel informed me, that the chest of drawers was all that was there, and there wasn't a desk available for the room. The hot water was also lukewarm most of the time as well, which meant that the water could start to feel fairly cold, if the shower was used for a while.

Staff were helpful and friendly stayed 3 days

Basically everything was all good,booked an extra nite just went down to reception and was sorted in no time.

The only thing I didn't like is I didn't stay longer.
