Disgusting.

Everything was awful, shocked to see this on booking.com. My staff didnt even stay none night as it was filthy, looked like the sheets had not been changed, couldnt gain access to one of the rooms, broken plug sockets, stains from previous guests, creased curtains, lamp fittings were broken, drug paraphernalia everywhere! Not good at all! Should be taken off your site!

I didn't like the property much, besides the accessibility.

No hot water for showering. In the bathroom there was an exposed outlet next to the shower string to use to turn on the hot water.

Beds were broken sink was blocked sockets were damaged blinds didn't not close correctly on windows on one of my nights there some one was trying my door trying to get in early hour in morning g

Clean, comfortable room, great hot shower, tea/ coffee facilities, beds were very comfortable l. Staff very welcoming and friendly. Great breakfast Don't judge a book by its cover, as I wasn't expecting much for the price paid. I was pleasantly surprised just how nice it actually was.

Not a hotel! Broken furniture, no towels (didn't know we had to provide our own, nothing on main hotel page), no hangers, missing pillow case, severly stained pillows, same code for main door as room so doesn't feel safe knowing others could have the same code to room. Left early so didn't stay 2 nights as didn't feel comfortable.

It was so bad, it was dirty and smelly. The room had definitely not been cleaned before I got there, I felt uncomfortable touching anything in the room. When I was leaving I felt sick at the fact I stayed at such a hotel. Worst hotel I’ve ever been to in my life.

The fact a cleaner left my room unlocked and my watch was stolen. There were gas bottles by my window that druggies had used, the blinds were broken so the sun woke me up every morning, I would not recommend anyone stay at this hotel.

The whole place and every part of the building absolutely stinks and the place clearly never gets cleaned, the bed was snapped in half and absolutely stinking along with the rest of the room and facilities, felt like I needed a scaling hot shower when I left the place. One member of staff also greeted me with hostility about my in my opinion generous 4 rating on my unfortunate previous stay here which I thought was fair considering the state of the place. Only stay here in absolute emergency for a roof over you're head.

I wudnt know as booking.com took my money then the manager of the hotel said we cudnt stay didnt give a reason just wanted us gone

The orthopaedic mattress!!Too many other establishments spend money on other stuff, that simply does not matter as much, and totally ignore the main focal function of any hotel room -– which is a need for the customer to sleep!People travel for a reason, and whether work or leisure- You SHOULD get tired at the end of the day! And fancy wallpaper, bigger tv, or a softer toilet roll is NOT going to help with that! So, well done Longlands for putting the investment (within the reasonable limits for a budget hotel) where it really matters! – THE MATTRESS!

The cleanliness (like the shower) could have been better - But again - remember this is NOT a five-star hotel penthouse costing hundreds of dollars a night!My room was less than £40 a night!And for that great value, a certain amount of “Suck it up and get on with it princess” attitude should be exercised by the customer! – If you are paying less than £40 a night (WITH BREAKFAST) Then you should be tough enough not to get all middle-class and shitty about the small stuff! Be glad of the value - Instead of acting like a prissy wuss!
