The rooms need updating, toilet was broken, the mattress was badly stained and pillows was dirty.

Warm, nice breakfast, ironing facilities, hairdryer had to ask for one, but we're available.

Bathroom very cold, bathroom floor slippy tiles, sink in bathroom to slim, ended up with water all over the floor causing a hazard, curtains wouldn't open, telephone not working

Staff were very nice and friendly. Breakfast was very nice. I love to read and write so liked the place because it was nice and quiet. Would highly recommend. Will stay there again without hesitation.

Great location (and parking). Lovely reception area, polite and helpful staff. Our room was great, we were happy with it. The room was cleaned and attended to each day and even gave our daughter a surprise act with her teddies.

Other guests are noisy at unacceptable times but that's not the hotel or staff's fault.I did speak with one of the staff members and they were very apologetic and went up straight up to knock and chat with them which helped.

The place was dirty , cocaine bags by the beds !Still with cocaine in !!! Bathroom sink blocked Lamp shade shredded ! No wardrobe Rubbish on the floor Staff helpful .But it’s more a drug den than hotel !

A whole refurb ! And stop local drug addics coming in !!

Bed was rock hard like laying on concrete, could hear taps dripping, people talking, reception always had guys in it talking and messing about, room was cold even with heating turned up, this was probably because of the massive gap under the door into the hall letting light and cold air into the room, the shower door had a broken handle that cut my sons hand, place was tatty and dirty, yellowing in the shower, shower head leaking from fitting. We only stayed until midnight the first night of a two night stay before leaving for a different hotel when my son had bites around his ankle. Do not stay here.

Dirty, run down, rude staff,...

Run down rooms, laminate flooring was lifting away and not pieced together anymore, bedding was dirty, floors and bathroom was dirty, staff were miserable or rude. Didn’t have a clue to how to crack a smile or look even slightly happy that you’d spent your money there… the whole interior and staff could do with an uplift.

An accusation of smoking in the room. My partner doesn't smoke and I left the premises to smoke, which i explained the cctv would of clarified this. Embarrassing and humiliating.

Late escape deal with breakfast included was a great deal and good foods. And the staffs are friendly and helpful.

Just a wee bit small room. Some bathroom floors need to be sorted (1 was broken) and shower need to be cleaned well.

Nothing! The hotel was nothing like the photos

Everything! The photos suggested a modern fresh hotel but instead it was tatty, cold, smelly and not very inviting. Awful

The Room was tired with mould in the bathroom, the bathroom fan was extremely noisy .The shower slider was broken so had to hold the shower head .The Duvet was on the thin side and I felt chilly in the night.Breakfast was ok but want particularly hot.Staff were pleasant.

I had visited a friend at the James Cook hospital, this was very close. Everything from arrival to departure was very good. Easy to park, pleasant staff, free hot drinks from the machine for guests. Cooked breakfast was perfect. Zero complaints. Booked a single room but was given a double.

It is a dislike at all, but the property is showing wear and tear - but for the price, it really was excellent.

Nothing it was cheap and dirty

The room that was allocated had dirt in the sheets and hairs from previous guests it was disgusting. The tiles In the bathroom were all off it was a sight for sore eyes.
